A Victorian seafront bed and breakfast, Seaspray Guest House is just 2 minutes’ walk from the 13th-century Criccieth Castle. Enjoying picturesque views across Cardigan Bay, this guest house provides a full English breakfast.
Each guest room has a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms have en suite or private bathroom facilities, with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries supplied.
Full English breakfast is served each morning. A continental breakfast can also be provided on request.
The larger town of Porthmadog is a 10-minute drive away, just outside the Snowdonia National Park. From here you can join the Ffestiniog Steam Railway which runs for more than 13 miles through the scenic Welsh Highlands.

Review 1：We loved the seaside location and the couple with the front bedroom had a wonderful view of the Irish Sea and castle. The smaller bedroom on the same floor does not have a good view but was comfortable for two nights.
Review 2：Only downside would be the shower, wasn't as powerful as we would have liked.
Review 3：Lovely little guest house, right on the seafront! Owners were great, gave us amazing advice on what to do in the local area, we did a stunning walk with great ice cream at the end of it, based on their advice. Also suggested a great pub for food (huge portions, great atmosphere). Bed was very comfy, and it was very quiet. Free Parking, with the village in walking distance with lots of places to eat. Breakfast was also very good. We would stay here again, in a room with a view!

Review 5：It was friends of mine who stayed there and would definitely stay there again. The breakfasts were excellent well cooked and presented with plenty to eat. Facilities were first class. Owner was friendly, welcoming and lovely to chat to. Disappointed they couldn't stay another night due to previous booking.

Review 7：Just returned from a wonderful break in Wales made perfect by Manya and Mike at the SeaSpray Guest house, they made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them, they advised us on places we were visiting which we would not have thought about
Review 8：Mike and Manya made us very welcome. They made us an early breakfast as we had a sportive to go to and very kindly let us keep our bikes inside. The room was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Review 10：My Wife and I had a 3 night stay at the Sea Spray 28th/30th/April 2015 Manya/Mike make you most welcome , Nice and fresh and spotless bedroom , power shower , and a lovely Breakfast to follow , Perfect for a mini break from home , will be staying again when in the area thats for sure .

Review 12：The breakfast was perfect (not greasy like other full English breakfasts I've had), the hosts gave lots of advice about what to see and what's the best route there, everything was extra-clean and the area is great. I would bet that this is the best or at least one of the best places to stay around there.

Review 17：The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. You can park outside for free and it is close to the castle and not far to pubs and restaurants.
Review 18：Shower is quite small and definitely only built for one person so not ideal for couples who enjoy showing together. ;) Otherwise, it's very clean and spotless!
Review 19：This lovely couple accommodated us at last minute and were so helpful in guiding us around during our short stay. Prime location for absolute relaxation! The ocean front view is by far the most stunning aspect of this location! You will LOVE the location, the quaint and delicious restaurants nearby. Can't say enough about how great the room and hosts are! We have already booked our second stay! Give yourself at least 3 days to fully enjoy this spot! It's totally worth it!
Review 20：In a lovely spot by the sea, and close to Criccieth Castle and not far from the shops. Mike couldn't have been more helpful, and made us very welcome, even though he was also looking after Manya who was convalescing. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast lovely. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Review 23：The owners were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was perfect, with a lovely sea view; I actually opened the window and listened to the waves. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Review 24：We only stayed for one night and it was very rushed as we we're very late arriving. We left early in the morning and Manya and Mike couldn't do enough for us. Accommodated us with an earlier breakfast as we had to be away for the snowdonia marathon. We would never have made it there without Mikes directions as reception is so poor for the phones in Wales.If we ever go back we will definitely stay there again and allow ourselves a bit more time. Review 27：Loved the proximity to the beach, we could hear the gentle sound of waves during the night, as it was such glorious weather we slept with our windows open. We loved the friendliness of the owners, the excellent breakfast, the size of our room.
Review 28：That the family room doesn't have an en-suite bathroom. It's not ideal having the children wandering down the landing at night to use the toilet, but it's a small sacrifice to make considering everything else is wonderful!

Review 30：Just about the only thing that we could suggest might be an extra outlet or two in the room as these days we have so many 'devices' to keep charged up, and it was also a little bit tricky to dry one's hair and see into a mirror at the same time. Very minor quibbles I know, and they were about all we could come up with! haha
Review 31：Sea Spray Guest House was very well located, spotlessly clean and organized, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. There's not much more that we could have asked for and we would definitely return. Literally only a few steps from the top of the slipway to the beach, one could be paddling in the sea 30 seconds after leaving their room. A short stroll would bring you to the Castle and another 2 minutes and you'd be in the vicinity of several pubs and restaurants. Even parking was a treat with spots right out front available most times that we looked out. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Mike and Manya were very good hosts, being both legitimately friendly and equally concerned that our stay was pleasant. If we found ourselves in the area again we would definitely look Seaspray up again. Thanks

Review 87：my boyfriend I stayed here for one night. firstly, it is right on the beach so as soon as we arrived we were thrilled with the location. we had the whole beach to ourselves to fly our kite. the room itself was 100% spotless. lovely bed linen, a brand new bathroom, and wine glasses, tea, coffee etc. we had the perfect seat view from both of the large windows. at the top of the stairs was a lovely dolly which was actually a cover for the vacume much to our amusement. they had thought about everything. a decent English breakfast, and really lovely and friendly owners. we shall definitely be returning to do a dolphin spotting boat trip in a few weeks. The owners also told us about a great local pub called the Castle which served great food. we will definitely be returning.
