Reviews for The Fox and Hounds Country Inn
Review 1:Excellent staff who went out of there way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Meals in the Restaurant were of the highest order. The whole place was extremely friendly even when at times the building was very busy.
Review 2:Before leaving viewed some standard rooms. They were quite small relative to the price
Review 3:We had one of the Premium rooms, which was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had bath and shower. There was an extensive breakfast bar and menu, evening meal was cooked perfectly. Beer garden was sheltered with good views. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely go again.
Review 4:Minor bugbear was the limited coverage for the free wifi - didn't reach the room, only available in the lounge and restaurant, neither place I wanted to use my laptop. Gave me an excuse not to work, though.
Review 5:Happy, friendly staff from the moment I arrived. Felt very welcome and the service was excellent. Quality of the food also excellent and the cask ale was spot on. Had a good night's sleep and left the next morning feeling very refreshed.
