Review 1：Such an amazing holiday! All inclusive is a must, such great value for money. Cannot fault the hotel at all, staff go out of their way to make your holiday special.

Review 2：it seems they don't have any double beds at all, we asked only for double, but they provided two twins pulled together. Breakfast and lunch is the same every day. Dinner is OK, but not a five star quality.

Review 4：To have the trouser rule in dinner was really annoying. If you don't have the trouser, the manager obeys you to buy one or use the borrowed trousers instead. We didn't feel very welcome in the bar because one waiter told us we were Turkish and very hard people to deal with, although i ordered only coffee. the variety of dinner and lunch was not much, they almost served the same kind of things for 4 days.

Review 9：Not a nice place at all with strange rules that felt more like kindergarten than 5* hotel (coffee served in paper cups only until evening). The beach is the only bad beach I have seen in Greece. The whole place is an aberration of Greece and should be avoided. The food was rather awful as well. There is no way you can see the sea from room 402, although that is what I paid for.

Review 11：Nothing was wrong whatsoever. If I had one gripe it would be the charging of a BBQ in evening, as we are all inclusive yet a charge is made for4 the same food, but that is nothing really as the resort is perfect I would still give it 99.9%

Review 18：The beach is very small (almost not existing) and is a pebble beach - if you are looking for postcard sandy beaches this is not the place! But the beautiful pools make you forget about the beach / sea! Also, bear in mind that the island can be very windy and at times because of strong wind the bar and restaurant by the beach were closed.

Review 19：The premises are really lovely - separate blocks of no more than 2-3 floors (including ground floor), beautiful pools never busy, enough sun chairs for everyone, lots of space. There is a local bus that takes you to Kos in just 15 minutes if want to do something different for a day.

Review 31：If they have a definite (no reserving sun beds) policy, then it should be enforced. Dress code was also a bit of a joke, not always enforced. The hotel should decide what it is, is it five star?!! Some of the entertainment was a joke and the positioning of the entertainment is awful!! Instead of building more rooms enhance the infrastructure and design a entertainment area, away from the main foyer!!

Not everyone who are disabled choosesto spend every evening in the bar areas and would like to have this a asecond option..

Though I was not able tojoin in on most of them the option and choice for others are great. Thespa swimming pool was not as warm as I would like I understand that theyhave started to heat the pool from this year it was very clean and thetherapies are very profesionly carried out
