Review 1：the lie for the breakfast - not possibility for breakfast there 5. day we have to move another room and the comment was untruth - the park rooms are noisy whole week coudn't repair the coffe machine but every morning they plihted it... i think the owners of the lake apartmants dont 't know what do the staff...it is a wrong way

Review 5：The restaurant food offering was limited - while a do support the credo; don't do a lot badly, do a few things very well. The hotel's restaurant could do a few more things well. I also didn't like... leaving.

Review 6：Warm clean lake. Hotel facilities seemed to be well dimensioned; never having to wait in queues for e.g. breakfast; always free seating space at lake, pool always free spot, even parking wasn't an issue. Spacious room. Reachable via highway.

Review 7：Brekfast csn have more variety in 5star hotel - if You stay more than 2-3 nights, there is no changing choice. The second minor beach imperfection - the beach area it not separated form the beach promenade and beach restaurant used also by public. Some trees and flowers in pots can help o save privacy and intimacy. Ohther private beaches in Portschach have similar separation elements.

Review 8：Extremely friendly staff - always smiling, offerring their help. Great place right at the lake with sun beds, umbrellas etc. Room very comfortable, enough space, modern, but cosy design. Complimentary tea and coffee machine in room allows flexible refreshment.

Review 11：Lack of privacy generally in hotel. Our room opened directly onto the outdoor pool so no privacy when in room and noisy with kids. Breakfast until 12 noon but at 11.35 many items not available (such as bread) and not replaced. The spa is not quite what top spa hotels offer so it is really just sauna, steam room and massage - although it is very quiet. There is no WIFI in the rooms and the hotel charges an absurd amount. In this day and age it is rip off that hotels charge 70 EUROS for 7 days usage.
