Review 1：Very nice beach by the hotel, clean and new apartments, amazing view (sea and mountains!) from the balcony (which is spacious!), good breakfast! Perfect location for those who likes combining hiking in the mountains and beach holidays :)

Review 4：We loved the location and the magnificent view of the water from our room. We were able to watch the weather changes spreading over the water. The clear water of the swimming beach was just a few steps from the accommodation and the dining area offered beautiful views. The proximity to the town meant that we could stroll into town and along the waterfront several times per day. The area itself was quiet and peaceful. We were also impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Review 8：Best aspect of this hotel is the location - sea view really means sea view here. Balconies face directly into the sunset. You may even get the chance to swim with a dolphin right off the beach.

Review 18：We had to wait at the reception although we arrived about 5 pm. Nobody cleaned our room and changed towels (we stayed four nights). There was a lot of dust on a fan in a kitchen and in a bathroom. Generally the room wasn't so clean. A furniture wasn't new. Breakfast was poor. There wasn't any vegetables and fruits (it was on July). We hope the hotel will be improve his work because we would like to come back again.

Review 19：It is very nice place near the sea. Two minutes by foot. The hotel is located at the small and calm countryside. Parking is near the hotel. The weather and the sea was very nice.

Surcharge of half board supplement was too expensive (€ 14) considering that during the day the menu was 7-8 euros (the daily menu was part of the half board service). Review 34：It's not really a complaint since we knew that Novigrad is a very quiet small town, even in July/August. But, if you do like to take a walk and explore a few other bars, restaurants etc it is very limited and you really do need a car/hire car when staying here, unless you are on an organised trip.

Review 35：The hotel has a very friendly team of staff and the location in Novigrad, when the sun is shining and warm, is excellent, with a nice terrace to take breakfast and lunch/dinner overlooking the sea and mountains. The food was good and very well priced when compared to UK hotels. The small apartment had a good sea view and although the shower room was small it was fine for a 4 night stay. The hotel had a good wi-fi signal and we very much enjoyed our stay here, as seemingly did many of the other guests.

Review 60：At least in the off-season, this place is great value. The flat is convenient, in a great setting, offering a fantastic view from the balcony. The sauna/spa costs extra, but is nice. The location is great, at least if you have a car: Zadar and two beautiful national parks are prety close. Novigrad town center is in easy walking distance (2 min) and very charming, but offers hardly any infrastructure, except for a bakery + a bar.

Review 61：The location is wonderful, but it`s very advisable to have own car. The city of Novigrad is very romantic and wild beautiful, but has not much to offer for eating out or even sightseeing. But if you come with a car, it`s just the perfect place. Zadar, Nin, Pag and Paklenitza are all like 30min drive.
