Review 1：Abandoned area with overgrown grass and stinky water / pond just next to the Hotel.

Review 2：Nice area of the Hotel, beautiful garden, pools. Very clean and not noisy despite many people in Hotel. Suitable for families with little kids. Close to the sea and the beach is nice and sandy, not rocky.

Review 3：WI-FI is terrible and it is payed extra. You can use it only for one day for free, later you need to pay. It is not fair to charge money, if it is not working. Food is rather OK, each day is the same meal.

Review 4：It is a good place for family holidays. Room was tidy and spacious. Also, the enviroment of hotel is nice.

Review 5：Yes the Wifi is slow, and there are no English channels on the TV, but these aren't the things I go on holiday for. Every bar and restaurant in Tigaki has Wifi anyway. The mini market on site is over priced, but always will be, there are two or three large supermarkets in town with plenty of choice offering good value.

Review 6：The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff are really good, and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable with excellent air con, and are cleaned everyday.

Review 7：we had many tiny ants in the room, also after we gave dirty towels they were not changed into clean ones. There should be more activities in the evening, it was a bit too quite at the bar area

Review 9：The air con in the room didn't work and it was really hot. The room was like an oven. The electricity goes off if you take your key off the key card power switch, which means no air con while you're away and no fridge so the water you preciously kept in there for when it's too hot gets all warm and disgusting. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable and you couldn't use the room towels to go to the pool. Also, the little shop at the hotel is really expensive (20 euros for suncream).

Review 10：The beach in Tigaki is really nice and the water is transparent turquoise, it's very pretty. The little place in itself is full of bars and restaurants, all a bit tacky but correct.

Review 11：I gave my passport for registration and my passport has been kept for overnight which made me irritated. I assume that registrations take only a couple of hours max. I am really worried that my passport would be lost.

Review 12：There are no safe lockers in the rooms and we had to pay 25 euros/ week for a safe locker close to the reception desk.

Review 14：The beds were really quite uncomfortable and hard but I have a tempur mattress so anything not tempur is not comfortable. TV channels are lacking. the free red wine is awful but there is lots others to try. more fresh fruits other than apples and pears, some is canned.

Review 15：the food selection was good. Three pools. The rooms were clean and well maintained and air conditioned. staff were friendly especially the dinner staff And free tea and coffee. I've cream for the kids and pastries at times during day. Salads were fresfh and choice and variety was great. great location to the beach and a nice Hammam and a bar and restaurant strip outside the hotel. Go to MENI MORE.

In the city center ( on the main street ) there is TIGAKI EXPRESS company which organizes many trips and has many cars for rent. Polish girl Kasia helped us a lot, she was brilliant guide also! :)

Review 20：I liked everything about this village..The location was very good, staff was friendly, and polite..The room was clean and comfortable..All shops and beach was near the hotel..And food was exellent..i enjoyed my stay there so much..

Review 21：Very bad wi-fi. We can use it only in the mornings. At evenings we couldn't open even 1 internet page :( It's good that 1 day of wi-fi were free of charge, because it's not normal to pay so so bad internet.

Review 22：Hotel is good. Room was clean. Breakfasts and dinners amaizing plenty of differend food. 2 Swiming pools:1 for adults & 1 for children but adulds can swim there also. Many trees and flowers at the territory of hotel. So we liked this hotel.

Review 23：All inc drinks where very limited to beer and wine. There was no vodka,gin,whiskey,cocktails etc unless you paid for them. The area, tigaki, is baron. And finally the mosquito is everywhere, they drive you mad.

Review 28：Great food with much variety. Our room was upgraded to a lovely room - separate living room and bedroom. Bed was quite soft and very comfy, we had 2 flat screen tv's. Overall, we loved our time there!

Review 29：Bad points: - rooms were not very clean. The cleaning staff were going thru the room within 10 to 15 min. - the food was not the best quality - one side the internet connection is bad from the room - you need to go to reception or the pool to connect. In the other side you get a free connection day from the hotel because of this problem.

Review 30：Good points : - 3 different pools areas with different atmosphere and programmes, - A buffet is good for young families as it is quick and we can always find something the kids will eat (french fries, pasta...), many choices - Baby pools, playing grounds, children clubs... - very close to the beach - friendly personal - very international guests - we had a spacious rooms (2 rooms for parents & children) just in front of 1. the smallest pool (with baby pool), in the ground floor (just perfect),2. the playing ground and 3. the children club

Review 36：The resort is nice and clean with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Our room was very spacious, modern, and clean (beds could have been a bit more comfortable). The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are 3 large well maintained pools. At least one always had sun beds available any time. The food (we had all-inclusive) was varied and tasty, including a reasonable choice of vegetarian options. The beach is a 5 min walk away. It is also a short walk to the main street in Tigaki with shops, cafes, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the access to the travel agencies in town where one could book various trips by bus or boat. There was also a public bus stop to go to Kos Town nearby.

Review 37：Horrid stench mainly, but not only on evenings mixture of urine, sewer and manure. Overall tired facilities and rooms . Hard and uncomfortable beds. Poor breakfast. Tigaki is a small and charmless town. Overall very poor value for money.

Review 75：The hotel was ideally located at the heart of Tigaki village and closeto the beach but was set back from the road so no trouble with noise.The rooms were clean and tidy, fully air-conditioned. Enjoyable swimmingpools, lush garden, friendly bar, nice restaurant’s terrace, amplebreakfast, lush garden….. I got far better than I expected !! GaiaVillage was a very good option at reasonable price and I am lookingforward to returning again this September.

Review 76：I didn't like that the hotel staff wanted you to leave your passports with them overnight......told them I was fine with waiting around for her to "put the info in the computer" but she said she couldn't do it until later & was a little rude about me not feeling comfortable with leaving it. Finally compromised and said I could come back and get it in an hour. Other than the lady at the front desk, the staff was extra friendly and helpful. The 2nd thing I didn't like was that you could only get clean towels every 2 days, no matter what! So, we arrived Thursday evening & couldn't get clean towels until Saturday around 11 or 12 when they came to clean.

There is a beach within walking distance that is very nice and plenty of places to eat on the street behind the hotel. I recomment to not do all inclusive and only eat breakfast at the hotel....we ate dinner there one night and it was ok but every other meal we had outside the hotel was delicious - never had a bad meal in Kos no matter where we ate!

Review 78：Excellent value for money! Quiet location close to nice beach (3 minutes walk) and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and towel every other day. Nice pool area and great garden. I really loved my balcony view. I find everything I need for quiet and relaxing stay.
