Review 1：Lack of advice from reception about local chinese restaurants they could recommend. Lack of a/c in play centre.
Review 2：The a/c, cabin and colour, gorilla statue, pool, kangaroo jumper, indoor play centre inc in cost.
Review 3：No phone reception was a problem unless we were at the pool and bunk bed mattresses were far too hard to sleep on. My daughter ended up sleeping with me as I felt a bad parent for making her sleep on them.
Review 4：Has a kitchenette but no dish cloths or tea towels, and one of the things you have to do is wash the dishes before you leave, so we had to purchase our own cloths and towels

Review 14：There was some construction work going on during our stay, so we did occasionally wake up to the sounds of trucks or tools, but this is not a consistent issue and it was not too bad.
Review 15：We love this holiday park! The staff are so kind and helpful. Our kids have a ball, the kangaroo pillow, pools and indoor play-center allow us to let the kids burn off that little bit of extra energy before going out or before bedtime. The fact that they can use the play-center as much as they wish, meant that we were there first thing in the morning and before dinner & bedtime, it gave myself and my partner a moment to relax. The apartments are always immaculate, you know you are on holiday as soon as you walk in. The bright colors of the apartments are so cheery! The kids know where we are as soon as we get close enough for them to see the colors through the trees. Good access to facilities such as kitchens and laundry. Close enough to town, only about a ten minute drive. Supermarkets are only about 5 minutes away. grounds are very clean, absolutely no litter. beds are very comfortable. Block out curtains give a great sense of privacy, even though the apartments are fairly close together.

Review 25：We felt the price was a little excessive. We paid for a family cabin but that only covers certain number of people, which makes it quite expensive for a family. You pay a higher price for a family cabin then have to pay extra on top per person.

Cabins were everything we needed, clean, roomy enough for a family with a full kitchen. The place is not far away from town center - would recommend. TIP! take off your socks before you jump on the giant pillow - if it rains the carpet around it gets wet, so will your socks :)
Review 29：They put us in a basic cabin then when we said we paid for a villa they said we would have to pay more because we must have been incorrect (yeah right... I had pictures and website proof) and they can't control what booking.com do. Disgraceful on their behalf.

Review 34：the highway noise is far too much for a holiday park. a real disappointment, not good value for money at all, rooms need updating and basic breakfast inclusions at this price point, kitchen is very basic for self catering people, needs mixing/ serving bowls, chopping knife, egg flipper, salt/pepper shaker,more garden area needed in general / paving to reduce dust. BMX track would be ideal for kids to ride bikes off car access road too

Review 40：We were misled by the photo on Booking.com. the cabin were were given was rather scruffy with cobwebs and a torn insect screen. There were stains on the seating. We were unaware when we booked that the second bedroom consisted of bunks and our tall adult son did not enjoy much sleep. The inside was acceptably clean, the linen was good and the double bed comfortable but we were woken very early by guests departing. There were no eateries in walking distance and we would not visit this establishment again. If you like the holiday park atmosphere you would probably enjoy it.
Review 41：The park-like environment was very pleasant, although I imagine in a busy holiday period it could get very crowded and noisy. There were powered sites just behind the cabin we were given and the walls of the cabin were thin. From the map we were given it looks as though there is little space between accommodation sites when the place is full.

Really turned me off. Our tiny little heater in our cabin didn't do a thing so we froze, other than that I would stay there again.

Our cabin was located away from highway so road noise did not disturb our sleep. Quite comfortable.
