Review 1：Friendly family, helpful with any info required. Location a short walk from Taunton centre, breakfast was great. Room was large with separate reading area, good if you require peace in a relaxing environment.

Review 4：Beautifull room with all our needs didnt have to take hairdryer shampoo,conditiner had everthing from make up removal pads and cotton buds was well impressed. I have a back conidition and having a beauty therapist in the b and b was just perfect. Bedding was lovely and clean with lovely deco. Simon and Louise are the perfect hosts. We was staying for two days. Breakfast on day one was cornflakes and a fry up with fresh tea and coffee toast and fruit juice. Second day we had a omlette with cheese and home cooked ham was fab... Would recomend this place very much. Lovely family and lovely dog and cat will definitely be going back cant recomend enough...perfect after a long journey down from Morecambe xx Lynn and Richard
Review 5：Genuinely warm welcome and superb friendly, knowledgable and totally guest-focussed hospitality from hosts Louise & Simon. Accommodation is beautifully decorated with everything a guest will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Spacious and spotlessly clean, the hosts operate a no-shoes-upstairs policy which gives added confidence in cleanliness.

Review 8：First class immaculate quirky loft bedroom with large en-suite and seating area. Finest local produce used in a superb full English breakfast, served at a time to suite me on a daily basis. Simon & Louise are wonderful hosts and could not be more helpful. There was no TV in my room but the excellent Wi fi made streaming a breeze.

Review 10：We came here stay whilst my wife had an interview in the area! From minute one we felt welcomed, warm and comfortable. Very friendly service, the house is stunning as is the loft room we stayed in! The attention to detail was outstanding! The breakfast was delicious (though my wife was too nervous to enjoy) especially the duck eggs which were provided by their pet Ducks!! Overall a joy to stay here and would definitely book again when we are next in the area!!

Review 12：For where I was going for the evening it was ideal (Wyvern Rugby club). I only met Simon but he was really welcoming and helpful. The room was great with all amenities in place. A nice little touch was the toothbrush charger. Overall a really good place to stay.

The hosts are wonderful and think of everything, lovely soaps and creams, wonderful and very tasty breakfast and even hot water bottles in the bed at night. They are amazing and I felt very welcome and already at home. I can only recommend to stay at The Loft Room.

Review 25：Perfect location for my business trip. The property was spotless and beautifully appointed with all the facilities one could require. What really made the stay was Simon and Louise who went out of their way to make me feel most welcome and at home. Particularly nice touches included scent diffusers, luxury bathing products, free bottles of local mineral water in the fridge and having the bed turned down with a chocolate left on the pillow to return to after dinner. All in all a wonderfully relaxing time between business.

Review 32：My only gripe is the small double bed. A king size would be an improvement! - however this is a minor gripe. Unless you were both large people and couldn't fit in it, it is fine.
Review 33：Louise and Simon go out of their way to make visitors welcome. Twenty years ago my parents had a highly regarded country house hotel and my mother scored very highly in The Good Food and other guides for her cooking. Louise is as good as my mother and this is not a compliment given lightly. Her home made granola combined with home made yoghurt and home made compote is the most delicious start to the day and then, like my mother, she grills bacon properly so it is perfectly cooked and crisp. It is obvious she uses top quality produce. She is a trained beauty therapist so in addition to a fantastic breakfast you could book in for a mini spa type break. Wonderful. A real find.

Simon and Louise could not do enough to help and make us feel welcome (including giving me their daughters hair straightener when mine broke hours before a wedding). Beautiful shower, amazing scrambled eggs and fresh raspberries (from their garden) for breakfast. Walking distance to the City centre. What more could anyone ask? We will definetely be visiting again.

I also loved the sight and smell of the cedars in the garden. The house is a bit far from the train station, but it was no problem for me. Anyway, I was met at the station on arrival and even offered a ride into the city centre in the evening.

Follow their recommendations if you’re not familiar to the area and rest assured you can’t go wrong with anything on the extensive and delicious breakfast menu. Review 103：I booked into The Loft Room as I was bored of staying in places like the Premier/ Holiday Inn, and was not disappointed. I had a courtesy call after my booking, greeted on arrival and was even offered a coffee and a slice of homemade flap jack- which was delicious. Simon and Louise went out of their way to make sure my stay was as pleasant and as comfortable as possible, providing everything you could need and more. The room itself was large with a separate walk-in dressing area and spacious modern en suite. Internet was readily available and is also in a BT Wifi Hotspot. The options at breakfast were vast- but I opted for a full English- made as requested by Simon and with quality products. Overall, a very pleasant stay away from 'the norm' and incredibly friendly hosts- their attention to detail was exceptional and I got the feeling they really cared about the quality of your stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and I will be staying here again.
