Review 1：Small rooms reminding something from the 1960's, the hotel's pollway is similar to a navy boat's pollway, the bathroom is so small, the staff was very mean and also the clean ladies come only for 4 hours in the hotel every second day.

Review 3：Not all rooms have a balcony. Can be a little noisy due to all the restaurants below but it is reasonable concerning its location in the center of the town. The wardrobes need renovation but are acceptable.
Review 4：Located in the center of Spetses, near the port. Everything is inside walking distance from the hotel. Clean rooms, renovated bathrooms (a little small). Basic breakfast (small buffet with bread, croisant, butter, marmelade, ham, cheese, cereal, milk, orange juice, filter coffee, tea). Friendly staff.
Review 5：The personnel is rude and unprofessional. The lady owner forgets that it is a hotel and not her house. The breakfast is a joke, the hotel's personnel was eating much better stuff in front of the customers. Each time, there is sewer cleaning taking place outside quite often in the morning, the hotel's personnel do not bother to close the windows of the breakfast room, therefore apart from the breakfast we have to deal with the "smell" coming inside. Totally disgusting (the breakfast served is uncovered and it remains like that) The walls are not thick enough, so we were not able to sleep until 1am due to noise. The only thing that this hotel provides is soap ( no shampoo ect).

Review 7：Arriving at the hotel and the owner telling us there are no more rooms available so he sent us to a different place - very far from the centre, by taxi for which we had to pay. Upon our return and non-acceptance of the place not matching our requirements and needs, we finally managed to get a room in the Faros hotel.

Review 19：Faros hotel seemed nice at first but was incredibly disappointing. When I checked out the man at the desk told me that i had to pay $45 a night so I paid this and left. I realized that I left my personal towel there so I went to get it back and the woman yelled at me and told me that I definitely just packed it in my baggage. Sure enough I asked her if I could search through the laundry on the hallway floor and it was in there, as she was being incredibly rude and yelling at me that I was wrong and that it wasn't in there. The best part- I then went back downstairs and the man at the desk told me that I actually owed them 30 more Euro because they had messed up and given me me the wrong rate last night that was 10 euro cheaper than it should have been. They told me that I couldn't leave without paying them the 30 euro. I tried to argue that they made this mistake and that I shouldn't have to pay the extra 30 euro and that had I not come back they wouldn't have been able to charge me this money, but they refused to let me leave without paying. It was really frustrating and they just took advantage of the fact that I came back to get my towel, any other hotel would have accepted their mistake and let it go.

Review 33：On departure we were told that we could not pay using our credit card as the hotel's machine was faulty. We had to make a quick dash to a bank to get cash and nearly missed our ferry.
Review 34：Our first room was very noisy at night and we had to move ourselves to another (unlocked) room to get some sleep as there was no-one on duty. After this move the next morning we were given another room on the third floor which was quiet and had a very good sea view.

Review 38：After I was reading all these bad reviews I was worried to go to this hotel but we did not have other option and we were very suprised in the good way,I think that from 2stars hotel you cannot expect servis like from 5stars so room was cleaned,hotel staff friendly and polite,in the room was even hairdryer,A/C without extra charge,everything was working well,truth is that the breakfast was little poor but you could eat it and it was fresh,for the money you pay for room you could go somewhere around for breakfast if you did not like it in the hotel but our 4years old daughter also did not complain and she is used to choose in food a lot and also I cannot forget the lift which is in the hotel.Hotel is very closed to the port,you can see its name even from the port and very easy to find,about 50-100meters from the port.
