Review 1：The room given to me was in bad shape, with damaged parts of the furniture. There was no sound insulation, I could hear everything from gentle foot steeps to other low noise sounds..

Review 3：The hotel was a short walk from Terminal 3 arrivals. Despite the fact it was right at the airport, our room was quiet both at night and in the morning.

Review 4：Not soundproof rooms, so you can hear what's happening in rooms next to you, including maids cleaning it up. For almost 100 euros per night breakfast not included in room rate.

Review 8：Our bed was by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It felt like a box spring with no mattress at all. There were lumps the size of walnuts every few inches. I had to sleep on top of the comforter for padding. A thermostat was available but the room was VERY hot maybe 25-30 degrees C. I turned on the AC but the room was not any cooler by morning. WIFI was available but glacially slow.

Review 10：At checkout the computer system had gone down. The receptionist seemed reluctant to believe we had not used anything from the mini bar so would not complete our checkout. He assured us that when this was done he would email a copy of our bill to us..... He didn't. Not good practice in my opinion.

Directions to nh parking was not clear for first time parker, ending in having to go to public/airport parking, plus the confusion, cost, and time to sort through. nh needs a simple, clear handout for parkers. 2. The Bar was not up to nh standards. One bar person to serve Holiday influx of crowds of weary travelers is not adequate. The bar had menus but the attendant bluntly told some unfortunates that if they wanted food, "go to the Buffet!"

Review 15：We (family of 3) always like the location and convenience for early flights. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Check in, and check out, went smoothly.

Review 16：The room was too hot and even when we lowered the thermostat to 17C it didn't really help. It felt like there was not air circulation at all. Check-in out was slower and longer than we expected. The price a bit too high, but not outrageous.

Review 17：We use the hotel every time we have an early or late flight as it is perfectly located for the airport. We had a superior room with a huge bed and it was very modern, spacious with great coffee and tea making facilities. Dressing gown, slippers, good range of toiletries and efficient hairdryer were very welcomed. Good noise blocking windows and dark curtains. Easy connection to the town.

Review 18：My room décor was dated (but to fair it was clean). I have a feeling that I was in an older room due a refurb. Photos of the rooms on the website suggest more modern accommodation. Breakfast was also very expensive considering what it actually was.

Review 19：Main areas - reception, restaurant and the gym were excellent. All Staff were also excellent ; friendly,professional and helpful.

Review 20：Staff members were less than cordial in responding to our questions regarding the amenities in the hotel and they were unable to provide us with information related to activities in the city center. They were unable to offer advice as to the best way to get to the city center except to suggest we take the airport train which was 3X as expensive as the local trains. They are not prepared for tourist - only for travelers needing a place to rest between flights.

Review 32：The location was perfect as we landed into Vienna airport late one night. The hotel is easy to find outside arrivals and close to bus, taxi, train options for travelling onwards the next day. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Review 33：As I had a very early flight I asked for take-away breakfast. Very disappointing: 2stale white buns , one with 2 slices of cheese, the other with 2 slices of cheap ham. Considering how much is charged for breakfast, more effort should be put in providing a decent breakfast. After 2 bites I threw it away, something I don't like to do.

Review 38：One receptionist not nice at all. He is young and he tries hard to look important and cool, and the only time he smiled was when he tried to make funny of me for one simple question. I had the impression that I was the receptionist and he was the client. Message to him: You should look for another job! All other personel we met were very nice and friendly. One more bad thing: I booked 9 mouths in advange, and when I booked I asked for highest floor please. But when we arrived we were given a room not even close to the highest foor. So there is no point in asking for something in the booking, when not even 9 mounths are enough to have it.

Review 42：Me and my wife had 6 big suitcases, two backpacks and one box, no one helped us to the room and no one helped us to the terminal, we had to pay a taxi driver to help us. considering the fact that it's a 4 star hotel I would assume that someone would help us at least to the room. The front of the hotel was under renovations so the path to the entrance was full of little stones and they didn't even think to put some wooden boards or something to help people with suitcases to have an easy time to roll them in.

Review 55：Although I have received an email with booking confirmation from Booking.com, the hotel personnel had never been informed about my registration which resulted in a big chaos and my waiting at the check in for an hour while they were discussing how to accomodate me. I don't know whether the problem occured on the side of the hotel or Booking.com, still I was very disappointed by their attitude.

Review 62：Extremely hot room because airco not working. Difficult to sleep. Comment at front desk: "it is wintertime, that's when we turn off the airco" Safe in room was faulty. Did not open when I got back from dinner, with my laptop locked inside. Staff tried to help, but failed, which took up to 02:15. Nervous morning brought new man, who solved problem just in time to catch my flight.

Review 66：1) extremely slow Internet Connection (24 KB!!) which makes it almost impossible to work. 2) very loud noise if the neighbour turns on the water - this is a real nuisance when it happens at 4:30 a.m. both deficits make it not worth the high price which clearly demonstrates a monopoly situation since NH is the only Hotel at the Airport. I hope that soon there will be competition!

Review 89：hotel has no experience on the matter of travelers, where travelers who book this hotel means they are in rush to get in and even more rush to leave, they have no value for the time or speed. parking is not a viable although they mentioned it in the site. also, they don't have any consuge services for the travelers such as trollies for bags.

Review 91：The bathroom: We stayed there twice: once before trip to other places, 2nd time after we were back from trip before we took off for journey home. First stay, the shower space was so tiny, you barely could turn around. It's smaller than those in cruise. 2nd time the shower head's water only barely came out. We felt like being massaged by the head instead of receiving water to shower. Felt cold since we could not get enough water. I did mention this plumbing problem to staff. Reception desk staff : some were nice, some were not very friendly.

Review 93：Front desk clerk. I had to wait 2 hours for checking in at the reception desk after 15 hours fright in spite of my online reservation! There were 100 people without reservation standing in a queue at the reception desk because of a cancelled fright. Two minutes`walk from the airport, but 2 hours waiting at the front desk! Staff had no word for apologizing. Even "sorry" said nobody. I will never book this hotel. Never. No recommendation.

The buffet was wonderful selection of everything you can think of (actually one of the best I ever seen and we travel a lot ) apart of porridge which our little son loves. Asked a waiter for some and was told very rudely that is not available. Later I asked for more toasting bread and again the waiter was very unpleasant ,got the bread at the end but her attitude was appalling. It spoiled the breakfast for us. The waitresses were exact opposite of the lovely staff at the reception, we were greeted on both occasions by Carlos ( hope I remember his name right, nice Spanish guy) and he dealt with our requests very proffessionally and got us even free room upgrade. Review 115：I felt that it was overpriced, small, warm, and not as quiet as advertised. The way finding going from hotel to subway could be improved. Also, why internet was free there was a 10 euro charge per day to stream. Also, breakfast was 18 euro per person per day, a little pricey.

It was a fabulous breakfast....including the yogurt that he mixed himself! All staff were very helpful and friendly...was a pleasure staying there and so convenient to the airport! Review 128：A little bit expensive for the type of room. We were given an old (not renovated) room at first. This was not as advertised and we had to go back to the reception to fix it. There was no problem to change cause there was a room available in the new section, otherwise we would have been stuck. Make sure that you are getting what you paid for!
