Review 1：There was urine and hair in the bathroom when I arrived, which clearly showed that nothing has been cleaned after last guest. I had to chase staff to pay my room as nobody showed up or asked when I would be checking out. Wi Fi does not work at all.
Review 2：One let down was that there was no on off switch on the bedside reading lamp. To turn on and off you had to reach behind the head board to turn on and off , not possible Lying on the bed

Review 4：I'm not used to travelling alone. However, I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller. I was welcomed and given a lovely cup of tea - just what I needed. The shared bathroom was spotless, and my room was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed. The veggie breakfast was delicious and it was nice to chat to the other guests. All in all a very pleasant stay - I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in Dorchester.

Review 8：Gary was an excellent host and a great chef. He catered for all different needs. Breakfast was yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal, and a fry up or something hot on toast. Quiet, upmarket and he was very helpful as an individual. He appeared to like hosting and making sure all was well with the guest. 5 stars......

Review 23：A very comfortable, firm bed. It did not shake when one of us had to get out in the night and wake the other one! A good, large shower which is easier for those of us who are less mobile. Easy parking outside.

Review 26：bay tree house has beautiful, well decorated rooms with lovely extras like tea and biscuits, wifi, i-pod doc, toiletries etc. Gary is lovely, he even got up early to make me breakfast (I didn't ask, he offered which is even nicer) as I had to be at my course 8am each day. Gary and family attentive but not intrusive, and delicious breakfast, comfy beds, modern bathroom. the outdoor space and sitting area are great, shame I was out until dark or would have been a great place to read a book and chill.

Review 37：The owners had a very loud drunken party with thumping music, shouted sordid conversation - we ended up abandoning our night's sleep altogether and left after 2.00 a.m. to come home, arriving exhausted and completely fed up a couple of hours drive later. In all our years of travel and holidays, we've never stayed anywhere where the owners have been so unconcerned about the comfort/experience of their guests.

Review 49：It was tremendous value for money, the room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and immaculate. A hairdryer and ironing board were also provided which seeing as I was going to a wedding were essential. The owner could have not been more helpful carrying my bags and driving me to the station . I would give it a very high recommendation .

Review 56：The husband and wife team were very helpful. They provided me physical help with my bags; gave me travel direction and engaged me in conversation. I did not feel alone. The accommodation was very comfortable in a large double room, with study table, chaise longue, iron+board, and wi-fi facility. The room and kitchen decor was lovely. Breakfast was superb. I could not ask for more. I will recommend it to others and i will return again.
Review 57：I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a double which looked more like a hotel room, balcony, fantastic ensuite tea/coffee/business and flat screen tv. Had excellent nights sleep. The breakfast was to die for, juice, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal and a full english! I didn't eat again until 7pm! Highly recommend a visit. The owners were away but the staff were amazing, efficient and friendly.
