Review 1：Spetses was over run with motor scooters and noisy. We did a lot of walking while there and had to be really careful not to get hit on the roads. We didn't realize the property was over a mile walk from the port which was actually a nice quieter location but difficult at least the first night to get dinner after arriving on a late ferry.

Review 2：The Villa is incredibly beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a whole pot of brewed coffee were the highlights. We were the last guests of the season in mid October and Maria upgraded our room to one of her nicest poolside units and it was really relaxing and comfortable. Close to a nice rocky beach and good supermarket and bakery.

Review 18：Very nice located and just a few minutes from the beach and 10 min walk to the old port. Quite a trip to walk from the new port but you can easily take transport so the 20 / 30 min walk is not needed. Very clean and beautiful accommodation. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Review 19：The location of the property is on quite a busy and noisy main road. This is a shame but in Spetses it is hard to avoid the noise of the scooter.

Review 20：The accommodation was very comfortable, we had a suite and loved the sea views. Maria is very nice host and we enjoyed the breakfasts with a lovely fruit salad and a variety of homebakes. The location to the beach, local supermarket, bakery and old harbour is also very convenient.

Review 38：My family and I stayed at Villa Nika for only a few days but can't wait to return for a much longer visit. Not only are the accommodations and location perfect but the host/owner, Maria, is the most wonderful person. Our son and his bride wanted to have a symbolic exchange of his recent marriage vows on the island where his paternal grandfather was born and without Maria's expert advice and assistance we could never have pulled it all together. The Villa Nika apartments are spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location, just a short walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from town, was ideal. The grounds and inground pool were extremely clean and well manicured and the breakfasts were ample. If you plan to go to Spetses, stay here.

Review 45：We staid in a apartment in the basement although tasteful and clean it was a bit dark and did not really sleep 4 as noted on the bookings.com description. I would definitely stay at Villa Nika again but I would make sure to stay in one of the larger apt, although they are a bit moe expensive I think they must be better value for money.
