Review 1：Housekeeping was a bit uneven. No towels one day, no bed sheets the next. All quickly addressed when we informed them.

Review 2：Great location and wonderful hosts. Mary was very helpful with beaches and restaurants to visit. Ride to/from hotel to ferry was nice too.

Review 4：We've never experienced before such a warm and hearty welcome and treatment during our stay. You truly feel like their guest. Maria and her brother have been going out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. There are so many places on this earth well worth visiting, but I truly hope that we are able to re-visit these wonderful people again! And on top of that the views over Skopelos town are just amazing. If you are interesting to make a sailing trip, go with Vasilis. You'll find him on the port or just ask Maria.

Review 5：Bathroom was a little small but was constantly supplied with clean towels etc so no problem

Review 6：Hotel staff were delightful - helpful and welcoming and full of suggestions for activities. Lovely swimming pool and views made it easy to spend time in and around the hotel. Although situated high up in the town, walking up and down was easier than we at first thought it might be with many lovely paths down and good variety of places to eat at nearby. Large comfy bed and solid double glazing ensured sound sleep

Review 7：The hotel's location is great, high enough to have a spectacular view of Skopelos Town, But close enough to be at the heart of the town within 10 minutes. The hotel manager was very helpfull and accomodating.

Review 9：The way how Mary and others treat their guests. We were guided for all the best restaurants and things to see. Mary helped us to rent a bike and negotiate a better price. I would suggest that place to everybody, who considering going to Skopelos!

Review 11：Fantastic personal attention...made us feel like we were at home. Probably the best service I have received anywhere. View from the hotel balcony over the town of Skopelos was breathtaking! Breakfast was good...air conditioning was ice cold, which we needed in early August. Any questions we had were never too much trouble to answer. I have traveled extensively and found that so much of the experience is affected by the level of service and amenities provided by the places in which you stay. Hotel Denise scores a 10+ in their level of service. You will be treated like family from very attentive owners who care about the enjoyment of the clients. I stayed there with my 16 year old daughter for 3 nights as part of our European vacation and we wish we could have stayed longer! You will definitely not regret staying here!!

Review 18：Could do with somewhere to make or get a coffee/tea during the day. The corner style shower curtain rail we had in our room needs to go, wasn't big enough and curtain just stuck to you.

Review 21：Shower was not comfortable (glass door was missing and water was splashing all over, window was blocking the shower). Although the two single beds were nicely joined there is still quite a difference from a double bed.

Steps up from the village a bit steep but worth the climb for the view.

Review 40：The staff at this hotel are by far the best i've ever had - and I travel the world for work weekly. They were so helpful and so lovely, on top of all the great things about the hotel this made it even more amazing. A short walk down into the port, amazing views from the room - they were kind enough to upgrade me to a sea view after 2 nights. Breakfast was just enough, no complaints at all.

Review 47：I have not any dislikes, maybe only suggestions for hotel's owner. - breakfast can be longer than 10.00 AM, for example until 11.00 (it would be highly advisable) and everything should be based on self service (also cheese and ham) - I suggest that every evening two or three fares with scheduled time can be provided, for example at 7.30 and 8.30 in to the town and 9.30 and 11.00 back, because it is very hard to climb up on the steps

Review 48：Simply Almost Everything! I have been in more than 120 greek hotels as tour leader and it is one of the my best hotels in Greece. Rooms with a see view are fantastic and also staff is very friendy, especially owner. Hotel is in quiet part of Skopelos town. I think it is also great value for that money! The best choice in Skopelos town.

Review 97：Everything. Felt so welcome by everyone here. There isn't anything they wouldn't do to make their guests happy. Had a wonderful view over town from my balcony. Very soothing, morning and night. Steep to go back to the hotel but the view is your reward! Five minutes from the hotel down the labyrinth of this wonderful and unique town, and you are in the middle of all the action. Just great! Would come back a anytime!

Review 99：the friendliness and warmth of the owners, couldn't do enough to make my stay perfect, even gave me a lift to buy water from supermarket so I didn't have to walk back up the hill! Also, helpful with local info, ie beaches to visit, gave me local map. The sea/town view from the balcony was amazing ,the breakfast was also lovely. I was able to have mine on my balcony - what a treat and just added to a wonderful stay at the Denise. Also,fantastic value for money, would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to return.

Review 100：Mamma Mia :)-Fabulous stay @ Denise hotel! Thank you for your true and genuine hospitality and smiles. We were picked up at the port by the hotel shuttle bus. Upon arrival we were upgraded to fastastic rooms with a spectalular view.We will be coming back soon to this lovely place.

Review 101：Never enough hot water to take a shower. Heat and a/c was fine. I know we can't expect a 3 or 4 star breakfast and do appreciate some fresh fruit - but please charge a few more Euros and offer a better grade of juice and coffee. The present version is very disappointing.

The distance from the town center has its plusses and minuses. With a small hotel, they strive to give you our son alive advice.

Review 104：A very functional place to stay. The owners could not do enough for us - offering to pick us up and take us down to the port at more or less any time. Immaculately clean with fresh linen every two or three days. Our room had magnificent views over the town, harbour and surrounding mountains.

Review 105：They really should invest their profits on rooms and not entrance and front desk just for glamour... Furniture in our room was probably from 80's in contrast to the renewed reception. Sometimes personnel's interest seemed to be fake. We found food remains on the table between beds, which should be the first to be cleaned up. Τhere was a slimy, sticky and very old tablecloth on another table which had to be cleaned properly obviously for years.
