Review 1：Great place, just great! Beautiful sea view, big rooms with great value for money and lovely (words cannot describe how super friendly) owners. Nickos and his father Antonis are making Crete a better place.
Review 2：You should wait for about 5-7 minutes for hot water to come. But it's not a big problem. Also the Villa is perfectly situated with a fantastic view but if you don't have a car and especially if you are travelling with children than it might be uneasy to get to the beach and the village as they are about 1,5 km away and there's no sidewalk on one third of the way.
Review 3：We stayed in Villa Asimina in July 2015. Nikos and his farther are very friendly, open hearted and pleasant people. They were always ready to help and advise. Nikos speaks good English but if he is away you can always go upstears to his farther and ask to call Nikos. Villa has fantastic sea view, it's situated on a hill. The apartment was spacious and all the required appliances except for hair dryer. There is a nice sweeming pool on the ground floor and a children playground with a lot of toys.

Review 5：Family who run the place was really lovely. Place was remote which I personally preferred. Walk to the beach was a bit long for children but still doable and nice experience. Playroom for kids was just perfect. Kids also loved the pool. Good bus connections. All of us wish to return one day.
Review 6：Great location 5 minutes drive from velussma beach. Really nice stuff. Ten minutes drive from agios nickolaos with peacefull spot, feels like almost being in the wild...

Review 8：However the Villa Asimina is right on the main road, the apartmand was very quiet, during the night we didn't hear the traffic. The bed was firm and very comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped. The apartman was very clean, I could imagine living there for longer period as well. Jorgos and Georgia was very helpful and very nice, they are not only the usual owners, but they became one of best friends as well. I can recommend the Villa Asimina to everybody. I am sure everybody will enjoy it. It is PERFECT in every way.
Review 9：Beaches are a litle far away from the hotel (30-40 minutes walk). But if you are travelling with a car it is ok. Busy road close to the hotel (though our room was very quiet).
Review 10：Rooms spaceous and very clean. Friendly personnel. Good furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Location very close to the new national road (which is good if you are travelling with a car). This place is good if you want some privacy. It is more like a summer cottage in a village, not an "all-inclusive" hotel.

Review 14：Only remark, but not too negative, was the near main road, with a bit of noise from the traffic of vehicles, but not too disturbing as the rooms are far enough.
Review 15：Everything was very good. Accomodation, facilities and atmosphere. Warm welcome and very nice friendly relations with the owners. Giorgia with all her family was very kind and sweet.
Review 16：Spacious accomodation in lovely location, just outside village. Excellent view from roomy terrace. Friendly welcoming host. We stayed in April so it was very peaceful. Good value.
