Review 1：The place is very quiet, the view outside spectacular and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with fresh products and a good choice of foods and drinks.
Review 2：it wasn't bad but if we were looking for the place in the dark or with out sat nav I think the road signs wouldn't have stood out.
Review 3：Nice space, clean rooms, nice to be on a peaceful farm after a day of travelling. Local bars, restaurants and a small supermarket very handy.
Review 4：The place is located away from even the village center. The balcony view (which is amazing) is accompanied by strong manure smell, which might be a part of the village experience. The people on site are nice and welcome, but the evaluation is decreased for the following reason. We booked from the mobile, where the additional costs and fees were either not shown or not clearly marked. Right after the booking confirmation arrived, we noticed a cleaning fee of 45 euro included as an additional cost. 160 euro per one night was far beyond the price expected in the Alpine village, which in fact is more like a farm. We contacted booking.com, and they contacted the place, it was all within 5 minutes from the booking, but the owners refused to cancel our booking. I understand the cancellation fees, when the room was booked and others were rejected because of the booking and then it is cancelled, but not within 5 minutes of the booking, when the renter sees the actual price of the place, not the advertised one. This place is definitely not worth 160 per night.

Review 7：It was 10° C and we had to ask to turn the heat on, then by morning it had been turned off. The satellite didn't work and the other TV only had 1 channel.

Review 17：The room and bathrooms were a little small for our liking. The walk to the train station, although 5-10 minutes, was uphill/downhill. Great for going to the train, bad going uphill after a long day of sightseeing.

The apartment was very clean, lay out is very good for family, our kids really had fun and the view is excellent. The balcony and the view is great for relaxing and having chats. Will definitely recommend this to others and if we visit Innsbruck again in the future, will come here again.

Review 42：The farm, 15-20 minutes from the city center of Innsbruck, is in a beautiful and quite location on the top of the mountain with an amazing view from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and not so long ago renovated. Breakfast had a nice choice of different things. Wifi was as well working well. We were very happy with our stay.
Review 43：Staff was very cold/rude and did not offer any assistance throughout our stay. Breakfast was abundant but poor quality as everything was processed food from the supermarket, no trace of the traditional Austrian goodies - quite disappointing given the cost. Buy yourselves some pretzels, Austrian butter and speck instead!

Review 49：A fine place to stay With one unpleasant surprise: You can't rely on the price shown at booking.com. When checking out you are charged an endreinigung (cleaning) fee of €45, which in our case almost was close to a 50% raise in the price. I know of no other hotel where cleaning isn't included. Beware of that.
Review 50：In July 2013 we spent one night in Hoarachhof with our two children (9 and 11). Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything. I can recommend this house to anyone who likes does not want to spend all his time in a busy city.
Review 51：TINY apartment. It could have fit in the living area of most the places we stayed in. Two bedrooms barely big enough for the beds and an itty bitty kitchen (like 2 feet of counter) with room to only comfortably seat two. Beds were covered in a rough terry cloth like material with no sheet so they were uncomfortable on any exposed skin. Comforters and pillows were fine but towels were also super rough. Better value for those staying more than one night due to a 45€ cleaning fee which negated the otherwise good for Innsbruck price. I also would not attempt to stay here without a car bc it would be extremely inconvenient.

Review 53：Bit out of the way, your staying on a farm so animals do stink a bit. Also online it stated we would be in a room for 4 with an extra bed for our third child. When we arrived it was not the case and we were told our third could share a be with us. Not what we were really planning on doing
