Review 1：Slightly difficult to find but we'll know where it is next time!
Review 2：Friendly receptionist, excellent location next door to a Buffalo Grill, free parking right outside the hotel, comfortable beds and lots of hot water in the shower. Perfect for our overnight stop half way between Uk and south west France.
Review 3：I have. Called than the guy at reception very late and he was very pleasant and agreed to wait for us. This is the kind of service i expect to have from a hotel.
Review 4：Check in out of hours was very difficult at the automated machine but there is an emergency bell and the chap who came out was very helpful.
Review 5：Value for money and communication was good and although the rooms are dated, they are more than adequate for an overnight stay. Car park is secure and the hotel is only a short distance from the motorway. Aircon was also very good
Review 6：We booked a non smoking room but previous occupants clearly hadn't respected any such prohibitions. Unfortunately this would make us wary of using this hotel again.
Review 7：Very useful location, 5 minutes from the autoroute, a range of eateries nearby and only 10 minutes from the delightful town of Orleans. Receptionist/proprietor sufficiently impressed with my French not to talk back to me in English as soon as she heard my accent (always a boost ). Also a clever little arrangement with the family rooming system whereby our 2 rooms were at the end of a corridor which itself had a lockable door that allowed that section of corridor to be isolated. Whilst we couldn't claim this elevated our accommodation to a suite it provided additional privacy and security which worked for us. Rooms small but perfectly adequate for an overnight and good value.

Review 51：Arrived late, received the key from machine outside. Main access number selotaped to room key didn't open door. Door bell didn't work to get attention. Sat for 1 hour before a guest arrived and opened door for me. Free wifi could not be accessed. Told by staff the next day that the wrong number was on the key! All this after a 500 mile drive and before a 350 mile continued drive to toulouse.

Review 53：The position of the hotel is excellent for breaking our journey either north or south as we visit Figeac regularly. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
