Review 1：A better sign for the parking area would be helpful. There could have been a better choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurt etc. for breakfast.
Review 2：Brooklyn House in Newport is ideally located to explore the Isle of Wight. Convenient off-street parking is available and a variety of restaurants and pubs are just a short stroll into the town for an evening meal. Matt made us very welcome and was a fund of knowledge on places to visit being born on the island. We had a good sized room with a very comfortable four poster bed and all expected facilities. Also cookies and cakes in the room supplied by Sophie.There was a good choice of cooked breakfast items, all served piping hot.

Review 4：Beautiful old Victorian house tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. Cute China teacups and homemade cookies provided in bedrooms made me smile. Matthew was a fabulous host and despite it being the busiest weekend of the year (IoW festival), every effort was made to allow us to check in early! Breakfast was served at a time we specified on lovely crockery, with cereal, toast and local jams and spreads as well as a cooked option. Would highly recommend! Keep up the good work :-)

Review 7：The well informed and welcoming host, excellent breakfast, very comfortable four poster bed, the fantastic hand made daily biscuits, brownies and muffins, as well as being in easy walking distance to Newport town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Brooklyn House B&B

Review 11：The family-run guest house provide anything you will need to have a wonderful holiday. The en-suite bedroom is well cleaned everyday with hot shower and we had good sleep after sightseeing which let us feel like home. Also the host family provide us a multiple selection of breakfast and we really enjoy that. Well I think the quality of your journey depends on whether you choose a good place to sleep and luckily we stay in the Brooklyn guest house! I would definitely recommend this lovely place to my friends if they are going to Isle of Wight.

Review 19：The quality of this structure came totally unexpected. Nice house, typical old pleasant architecture, Very warm and genuine welcome by the owner, with their 5 weeks old child, Morissey. Even Morissey was smiling to us! The quality of the room, clean, spacious, elegant, open to the garden, with tea and coffee facilities, silent. Gorgeous breakfast! Room, service, breakfast worth a four stars hotel.
