Review 1：The owner of Ela Mesa was extremely nice and helpful. As there were not too many guests now in winter season, he took us out for trips (which was great because we didn't have our own car so it was difficult to travel around the island). The room was exactly like in the description and the breakfast was very lavish and delicious. We are thinking of coming again in the summer!

Review 5：I was travelling alone with my nine year old daughter for the first time. We both had the best time. My daughter in particular would probably have spent every moment of our holiday in the hotel. The owners made us feel very welcome and completely at home. We both can't wait to get back there next year and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. If you want excellent food and a safe relaxed environment for your children then stay here. The sea views are incredible and the location is excellent. I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful holiday.

Review 6：Music playing all the time in the pool and bar area except for short period during siesta IT wasn't loud and it was pleasant music but I prefer no music or maybe just in the evening

Review 8：Pools were fun for adults and kids. The direct ferry to Souvala wasn't running when we went so we had to come in to aegina. Wouldn't have been a big deal except one of our boys is in a wheelchair which doesn't collapse- so taking a taxi/bus would have been impossible/exceedingly difficult. The owner of Ela Mesa picked us up at the port in Aegina and took the chair in his big car and arranged a taxi for us to ride in. He did the same when we left to go back to Athens. Very sweet and we really appreciated that he made the extra effort for us

Review 9：The hotel with two big pools on two levels is very pretty. We stayed there during a quiet saison in May and where almost the only guests. The staff is very friendly and workes very eagerly for their guest's wellbeing.

Review 12：We booked this room because (according to the booking.com description) it had a kitchenette. And it did, but we weren't allowed to use it. It's only for making baby formula, the owner said, and he also said that's clearly explained on the website. The hotel's website perhaps, but we went through booking.com and the description there clearly said there's a kitchenette with no word about restrictions.

Review 13：The room was pleasant, the sea view was great, but what really makes Ela Mesa stand out is the owners. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely a family-friendly hotel. We arrived in the off season, and (unknowlingly) on the weekend of the Naming Day. Apparently people come to Aegina from all over Greece and southern Europe for this event, which meant we were pretty much the only visitors on the island who weren't. The room itself was well equipped and nicely furnished. The pool and hotel grounds were clean and well presented. We went down for dinner and tried to order something from the menu, but everything we asked for was not available (it was the off season). Eventually we settled for Greek salads (which were excellent). The owner came over after we ordered, apologized for the limited menu and offered to make anything we wanted the next day. He also put considerable effort into helping us contact our airline and treated us to a glass of pistachio liqueur (very tasty).

Review 14：Nothing. Just a tip: rent a moterbike (ask the staff) so you can make day trips and visit other beaches.

Review 15：Friendly staff makes you feel welcome and goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very good, and so is their restaurant! The rooms: clean, spacious, nice view, good aircon.

Review 16：Great hotel in a great location. Hotel is only 3 mins walk from Souvala which is a nice small town to swim in the morning and go out at night. Nice breakfast in the morning, very good restaurant for lunch and dinner and two swimming pools in which our kids were using for hours. We will definately come back next year.

Review 19：We stayed at Ela Mesa for 4 days. We needed somewhere to relax, and this was the perfect place to do so. The staff was so friendly and eager, and they tried their best to make sure we had the best stay. The atmosphere was very easy and soothing. The location is a bit far from the town center (about 10 minutes by taxi), but there was a beach nearby as well as a few markets and restaurants which is what we needed. (all walking distance). Every member of my family got what they needed out of this stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 42：It was like a beautiful dream. The location is cozy and lovely, you can see the colours of the see from your balcony and feel the scent of lemon flowers in a beautiful garden . The rooms are clean, furnished in a traditional way, providing you everything you need for a perfect stay. Last, but not the least, I would like to give all my deep thanks to the owners of the hotel. They made us feel like home, acting friendly, kindly and very helpful. In the evening they prepared to us a delicious dinner and in the morning they woke up earlier for our breakfast, considering the fact that we needed to leave earlier than the breakfast hours. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, with special peoples and great memories. Thank you !
