Review 1：Great hotel with good location. Clean and modern rooms/apartments. Suitable for families, even with small children. Close to Skopelos Hora. My daughter wanted to sit and lounge by the pool all day. The food is really good, breakfast is nearly perfect, homemade food, everything is fresh. We had also lunch and dinner there, and the service was amazing. The hotel staff were really nice. It's a very quiet place in the nature

Review 2：The poor condition and lack of preventive maintenance of buildings and facilities , especially of the rooms. The common areas, internal and external of the hotel, were in better condition.

Review 8：This was definitely not a 5 star hotel. It was clean, the staffs were ok but the room was very small and the breakfast was more like a 2-3 star quality. It was full season so probably this is why the prices were reflecting a five star room rate.

Review 9：The quality of service was definitely not what you expect from a five star hotel. Generally, the staff wasn't as eager to serve guests, rather looked busy completing their duties. The rooms needed renovation, WiFi didn't work, although advertised, phone didn't work and did not get fixed although reported to front desk. All in all, it felt like a three star hotel regarding service and more like a four star regarding facilities.

Review 10：Good location for a hotel. Decent breakfast.

Review 11：Support from reception staff was very poor. We had minor problems with the safe in our bungalow and also a leaking drain in the bathroom. The leaking drain was an immediate problem because we could not use the shower in one of the bathrooms and there was a lot of standing water in the bathroom floor, spreading into the lounge. We spoke to reception about the safe. The man on reception said he would arrange for someone to come and have a look that day. Nobody ever came! We spoke to reception about the leaking drain (water from the shower coming out of the drain and flooding the bathroom). There was no sense of urgency from the same man on reception, or an offer to immediate help or even the offer of fresh towels. The receptionist said someone would sort the problem the following day. Nobody appeared! We decided to speak to the cleaning staff directly regarding the leaking drain. They reacted immediately including provision of more towels and also contacted their maintenance staff immediately and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. While in our bungalow, the maintenance staff also fixed the safe within 10 minutes. The maintenance also came back an hour later to check that everything was still ok. In conclusion, excellent support from the cleaning and maintenance staff. Very poor service from the hotel reception.

Review 12：Facilities and location excellent. The bungalow was ideal and just what we wanted. It was also fantastic to have our own private pool. The cleaners and maintenance staff were excellent and very helpful. Location very good. Breakfast good, but a bit of variety would have been nice.

Review 16：This hotel was spectacular! The view of Chora Skopelos was amazing. Great service. Very clean. High quality food & beverage offer. I loved everything about the hotel and Skopelos island. Breakfast was great, the bar and restaurant also very good. The little spa offered a high quality massage at the best price in the globe! We had a great time. Certainly come back!

Review 17：Everything was great. The girls at the front desk very sweet, kind and always willing to answer our questions. The room very nice, quiet and clean. The buffet breakfast offered many choices. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to find myself in Skopelos and stay in this cozy and wonderful hotel.

Review 18：Unfortunately the hotel is not a 5star hotel. It is a lovely 4star hotel. The private pools were not very clean, the stuff was helpful but not proffesional and brekfast was poor for a 5star hotel. There are more to be done in order to name the hotel a 5*. It stands for 4 stars quite well.

Review 22：The private pool needed to be a little cleaner than it was though we didsee a maintenance man come out at least twice during our stay to cleanit. There were a lot of bees around the private pool, too, so thathindered our enjoyment a bit. Also, due to the hotel's location, acar is really necessary. The hotel's mini-bus should have been mademore available to guests for use to ride to Skopelos town. We walked tothe port almost every day and the roads were very busy - it feltdangerous. So, this hotel is tricky if you don't have a car. Alsothe "gym" was kind of a joke. Old equipment and the weightmachine had a damaged cable that prevented the weights from workingproperly. The only free weights were one set of very lightweightdumbbells. The treadmill and stationery bike looked very old.

Review 23：The hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Thefront desk ladies went above and beyond to help and always had a smileon their faces. The bartender was a doll - such a sweet man who couldnot do enough to make his guests happy. The rooms were very nice andkept clean. We were offered a free upgrade to two rooms with a privatepool and that was a great treat for the children! The main pool was verybig with many lounge chairs and umbrellas around it. A great place tohang out after a day at the beach. The bar was well stocked with manyvarieties of alcohol. And the morning breakfasts were good, especiallythe nice feature of the made-to-order crepe station.
