Review 1：We need to call on booking.com that we recived the right room. There were no parking. When we said for parking thay said that they will reserve and when we come back, they said you don't have parking. Man on reception was really rude. first and last time in this hotel!

Review 2：On arrival we asked the staff in the Cafe Bar at 6.30 what time did theyclose and they explained between 9 and 10 that evening which was not aproblem as we are not late night owls! We went for a stroll and a mealas only snacks were available at the hotel however when returning at8.15 for a few glasses of wine and a hot nightcap drink we found thebar/cafe closed. It apparently closed at 8!! As there was no tea orcoffee making facilities in the room or room service available we had togo to bed with nothing. Also the wifi did not work for ourselves orother guests. All in all a disappointment after reading the hotelwebsite and advert on booking.com.

Review 3：Room was very hot and stuffy with no A/C or ventilator. I realised that the mini bar fridge was causing a lot of heat and unplugged it. Lack of WiFi in room is a big minus these days.

Review 5：- The rooms lack air conditioning; the temperature in the room was quite high (after a period of several hot days). Opening the windows did not help much. - The sink drain in our bathroom was clogged. - WLAN: Our devices could not find the local network.

Review 6：- We were offered a very nice, spacious family room. - The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. - The choice for breakfast was simple but overall of very good quality.

Review 7：No aircon in family room....it was 38C the day we arrived (21/7/15) and no wind, so the room was an oven. Noise from the street below woke us up at 06:30, street cleaners driving up and down with road sweepers etc. No food in the evening - the attached bar was just that, and did not serve food (snacks) after about 4pm!

Review 8：Staff were helpful and friendly, and we took their advice and saved 8 euros (not using the hotel car park) and just parked for free on the street next to the hotel.

Review 9：Only access free wifi in rooms on first floor. Guests on other floors use guest lounge, breakfast room or cafe which is not as convenient.

Review 10：Excellent Reception staff with good English were always efficient, helpful and with ideas of things to see do in Wels. Anticipated guest needs at times and made suggestions.

Review 16：Beautiful hotel. Central, park your car in the hotel car park and walk. Lots of very nice shops, restaurants and bars. Most are dog friendly, at least small dogs!

Review 19：Having stayed here before I had some expectations, but my double room was actually two permanently separated single beds, the (non wifi) internet access was on the other side of the room from the desk, the minibar was empty and the carpark was full up. Not great.

Review 24：I had a single room, just bit to small for a 4star hotel, and the mattress needs to be upgraded for a better sleep quality.

Review 25：I arrived at 23.00h very tired, from the moment I was in front of the receptionist it took me maximum 5 minutes to get in the room, so extremely fast service at check-in and also at check-out. Nice breakfast, typically Austrian, historic building, clean and for a no noise room ask for a room with a parking view, I had one with street window but being really tired I heard nothing until the morning.

Review 26：No wifi in the room, had to wait 10 minutes for hot water, tv couldn't be used as monitor via hdmi, no air conditioning (basically not a problem, but room window looked to the bus station, it was noisy in the morning)

Review 30：The staff is simple amazing, they helped us whenever we needed, offered information at all times, and were really kind! The girls from the bar were really helpful and fun to hang out with. The room was big and the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and wide. They only have wifi at the first floor though, but nothing that interfered with the stay.
