Review 1：The service was dreadful. We weren't allowed to carry a cold drink outside but I was expected to carry a boiling pot of water through a crowded restaurant! And complaining is a waste of time!

Review 10：This resort caters to tour groups and we were not with Thompson or any other group and felt left out as they had special events and their tour rep seemed more friendly. The spa area definitely could use improvement. The internet was very spotty and frustrating at times. Definitely could use more chairs for relaxation.
