Review 3：The most beautiful hotel in Chania. Beautiful views, not far from the town at all, free mini bus to and from the town. Staff were the friendliest most helpful staff ever. Taxi from the airport was only €20 which was less than we expected. Can not say enough about how great this place was. Gym and washing machines to use at hotel. Pool area gorgeous. Loads to choose from on the hotel menu. We also rented a scooter for the day for €30 and the staff recommended where we should go on our trip. Loved every minute of it. Stayed in Room 402 with sea view. Best views.

Review 6：I liked the restaurant staff very much and some of the front desk staff (some were a bit curt). The location was beautiful from the perspective of view but was quite a walk from downtown. They offered transport though but wasn't that easy getting them to pick up without a phone working in Greece!

Review 12：We like everything about this hotel! We had a room with city view (overlooking the pool). Nice looking room, lot of space, comfortable, very quiet. Nice pool. You are less than 10 minutes from Chania City Center. We use the shuttle 1 time during the evening to go out for dinner. The bus was on time and very comfortable. There is not a lot of restaurants near the hotel, but there's a supermarket and a nice bakery.

Mistaken phone call from reception in the morning and they didn't apologise and just hung up without saying goodbye when we explained they had the wrong room.

Review 52：The worse experience I've ever had. The behavior of the staff is out of discussion. They charged me as one person sleeping in 2 rooms in one night. The food was not good and you didn't have from what to choose for your breakfast or dinner. Is not all inclusive,there are selected drinks and food only between some hours. Internet €8/day, no parking places,you have to carry your luggage on stairs from the main street to the reception. Sorry,but nothing good to say...I send them letter to fix the financial problems,but due to the fact that I got no answer, my lawyer will take care. I don't like cheaters.

Review 54：This hotel was a huge surprise to us on our honeymoon. Even with bad weather the staff, led by Nikolas, did a phenomenal job!! What a night and day difference from our experience with service in Heraklion and Santorini.

Review 55：Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of water per day. Was not offered tap water and had to pay a marked up price for water. I recommend buying water in town. One staff member at reception was not at all helpful with directions to Balos Beach. Told them our gps couldn't locate the area and he just told us it was very famous and to follow road signs. No suggestion of what road to take or a nearby town to find.

Review 78：Friendly staff, tidy and great room. Everyday when we came back to the room we found two bottles of mineral water, and all the bath service (shampoo, body wash and body cream) new again. On the third floor there's the restaurant where we have eaten once and drunk many times (good meals and fantastic cocktails). The view is fantastic, expecially during the sunset. The swimming pool is very beautiful, and the view is amazing like the one of the restaurant. The shuttle service from the hotel to the city centre is very good. What else? Congratulations!! 10!!

Review 104：I have booked a superior room with balcony to the city/sea, we have got the last room at 3rd floor, close to the pool, far from the other noise and with nice view. room is clean and comfortable (gratis water in minibar and complimentaries in bathroom). We had an early morning trip to Samaria gorge, they gave as packed breakfast, which was sufficient for the whole day. Pool was clear, guests were not noisy. the shuttle bus goes frequently to the old town and back

However I have to say that it would be very hard to beat this standard on all levels. The food was excellent, the pool was beautiful and the accommodation was very contemporary and comfortable. Overall it was a first class stay. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard to make our stay pleasurable. Especially Rula who organised the surprise flowers and decorated the dining table for my sister and brother-in-law's anniversary. Thank you again for ensuring our stay was wonderful.

Review 114：We wanted to leave our luggage in left luggage as our flight was going later on that night. The new person on the desk told us we could leave it in the reception area opposite the desk which we knew did not have someone behind it at all times. We took our luggage into Chania with us and used the locked left luggage facility in the bus station; we did not fell that this was a safe place to leave our luggage - we had a lot of valuable person items in our luggage.

Review 115：We were on the fifth floor, our daughters on the fourth - the view from our 'sea view' balcony room over the city and sea was beautiful. We arrived late at night and the city looked amazing. On waking the following morning, and going onto the balcony, the view was again amazing. Large pool with plenty of seating facilities. Large selection of breakfast items in the morning from the buffet style breakfast. The man who greeting us the night we arrived and was still on duty the following morning was a pleasure to deal with. The room overall was very clean and comfortable with lots of space and the added bonus of coffee making facilities in the room. :)

Review 116：I am not evaluating this hotel with higher evaluations because I found out that the airconditioning of our room was really in bad condition and smelly. It seemed it was never cleaned before. I cleaned the filters myself but the smell from the inside of its fan (which was black beacause of the dirt) was so bad we couldn't use it at all. Staff tried to make it better, but still its condition was so bad we didn't dare to use it. So pitty, because in the summer you need the airconditioning and I am writting this so thoroughly because the rest of the hotel was so nice...So, I wish the management can make a good service of there airconditions or even replace them.

Review 117：This hotel is renovated and is really nice and relaxing. Taking into consideration of its price list, it offers very good quality of accomodations, including a very nice pool for relaxing. It is set on a hill above Chania town, so the view from the rooms, the restaurant and the pool is great.
