On a hillside and overlooking the beautiful Istron Bay, each of the stylish villas has a private swimming pool, free wireless internet access and private parking. It is located just a few feet from the sandy beach.
The villas are set on different levels of the hillside, allowing you to enjoy your vacation with privacy. They are well furnished and elegantly furnished and decorated, creating a homey atmosphere. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in your private swimming pool, or soak up the sun on the terrace.

Review 1：The villas were adorable, clean, and spacious, and very close to the beach. We had a view of the mountain and spent the afternoons we weren't on the beach or exploring the island (it's a very easy trip to Spinalonga and totally doable to Vai or Phaistos) on our porch. The family who owns the villas are the nicest, most generous people. We had breakfast our first morning and dinner our last night with them and they were the best meals we had our entire trip. They made our honeymoon so special and we are so thankful!

Review 2：The location some villas is very high on a mountains. The way from the sea to villa takes 5 minutes, but it may be problem for guest with a baby on a carriage. Very hot on terrace of the villa Phaedra without some shadow and trees. A little bit relax the personal:) but it is the national specify of people who live on a sea:)

Review 3：It was very good holiday in Phaedra villa! Excellent location with amazing view to Istron bay! Tasty Greece home cuisine! It is a wide villa with a traditional classic furniture, nice figures on a walls, the lamps in the national style etc.. The crystal-clear sea without waves, fishes...

Review 4：The town nearby was not very interesting and it was not walking distanceso you'd have to drive to Agios Nicolos to get a little morescenery....

Review 7：For us it was a perfect location hidden away from the buzz of Agios Nikolaos but not far away from it either. We much enjoyed the private pool whixh was cleant on a regular basis. In terms of self-cattering facilities you will have all you need. The owners were really kind and helpful. They printed out our boarding passes before departure and even treated us wi a nice plumn cake while waiting for the print outs !

Review 8：The villa is a little bit tired. Particularly the pool area. Because of its west orientation it was too hot to sit outside from noon till 17.00. We had to eat inside. A kind of tent or terrace could be a solution.

Review 9：We loved the location, so quiet and calm! We enjoyed the pool area. Big bedrooms and living room, comfortable matresses, clean. Well equipped kitchen. The owners are a warm and welcome family. Always there for you. Great food at the restaurant, must try it at least once! Definitely recommended.

Review 16：From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome by Adonis, Marianna and Dimitris and all the staff. They do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our villa had a lovely terrace and pool, and had everything we needed. The breakfast is amazing, and shouldn't be missed, and the other food on offer is also delicious ! Voulisma beach is just a short walk away, with it's crystal clear, blue water, and there are many other places to visit in easy reach by car. A wonderful holiday !

The ingenious of this family run resort is that they some how are able to provide a luxury holiday feeling yet subtle and unpretentious. We felt at home from the first hello!! We were received with a worm sit down of local wine and a taste of Adonis's wonderful cooking. What a wonderful way to go over our arrangements for the next week and villa facilities, by sitting down with Adonis and Dimitri and having a Greek afternoon drink and snack while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive.We had our family reunion at Istron Villas, 3 families totaling 14 people!!we could not have chosen a better place!I chose this place from the reviews without really understanding where it is located, or how big the villas are but what a wonderful surprise.Villas:All 3 villas were fabulous, up on a hill with stunning sea and mountain views. Huge comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms to match each bedroom. All had a great size pool and huge patios, with enough sun beds for any size family.There was always everything you need in the villa. It was perfect to accommodate 3 generations of family in one villa, all had their privacy and own bathrooms yet in the same house.Villas are cleaned daily and towels & bedding changed if you wish, no need to bring a thing from home!The beach:Although up on a steep hill the beach is only a few minutes walk down a flowery path, (or from some villas just down a stair case on the back of the villas).Istron Bay beach waters are flat as a lake with beautifully clear blue water and grey black sand (it is a slightly more course sand, but no need for special shoes to go in the water it is perfectly nice on your feet).

Review 22：We had no view to speak of and were right next to the reception, which is also sometimes a dining area for guests (the owner is a fine cook). Something to keep in mind for the one-bedroom villa. But not a huge issue in the end.

Review 27：Our Istron Villa was in the village just behind the main street which gave ready access to restaurants and food stores. We could also use the facilities of the Istron Bay hotel and particularly its beach some 3or 4km from the village. Other Istron villas under the same management are adjacent to the hotel and hence distant from the village facilities.

Review 28：If you like high luxury hotels (My family and I have been in several around the world), with standard service and full of luxury gadgets.. this is not your choice. But, if luxury for u it's a private pool, a private beach, a fantastic sunny days, clear water, and a place manage by a family of spotless education... if this is your perspective of luxury and you are not a "Wanna Be" with "New Money"... you and your family will love this wonderful place and appreciate what really luxury is about. There are imperfections... small details that could be fixed easily.. but the location, the owners, the environment ... just make you forget it all and having a fantastic time like we did.. - In Creta u need to rent a car... that u should consider always - regular cars or cabriolets are available for very reasonable prices. One more thing... Mister Andonis, The Owner, is a fantastic chef that can prepare breakfast's or dinner's that u will remember for a long long time... Just Go!!!

Review 30：Without a doubt, what makes Istron Villas special is the meticulous care from Andonis, Dimitri and Marciella! We are a family of four and stayed in Niovi- a 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a beautiful outdoor pool. While the villa was sparsely decorated, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beyond that, Andonis and his family went out of their way to make our comfort their top priority! And....what a phenomenal cook Andonis is! It felt as if we were living in their private home!

He was so kind to give us larger villa in the morning, since we wanted a little more privacy. Attitude of the family who own villas is very heartly and pleasant. Villas are not detached and thusnoise may be experienced from adjoining occupants.
