Review 1：I was offered a new job after making the booking and couldn't travel on the original dates. Les Ormes showed no flexibilty whatsoever with changing the dates even though I said I would make up any difference in price. We were far from impressed by the lack of customer care.

Review 2：Would have liked a shop on site. Would have liked swimming pool to be open more mid morning.

Review 3：Lovely place, nice restaurant and indoor pool was great. Easy to get about without a car and near to beautiful beaches.

Review 4：no room service at all. Even charge for garbage remained in the room. One of the employees is so rude that get into my bedroom without my permission(my gf was in the bedroom)

Review 6：Beds a bit hard. Indoor swimming pool opening times not very convenient (owing to local community facility access). Hot water supply flakey. Hire bikes not suitable for older riders. Settees rather uncomfortable. Some early morning airport noise.

Review 7：Location near regular 15-min interval bus route to St Helier from airport (nearby), west coast beaches, Corbiere walking track, lighthouse and evening sunsets, plenty of space for the two of us (though if there had been six staying it would have been a bit cramped). Walking the North Coast path. Excellent value seafood at Bonne Nuit and St Brelade's bays.

Review 8：Always having to ask for the prices of the activities, which was very confusing, as we were told different prices by different people! This could of been made clearer by displaying prices either at reception or in the welcome pack.

Review 9：Quality of the accomodation and the facilities were fantastic.Location was very good.

Review 10：The indoor pool is only open at certain times which is very restrictive with young children. This caused a lot of tears and upset. The outdoor pool opening times were a little better but no good when it was cold for two small children. One morning there was a swimming lesson in the outdoor pool so we were told we couldn't swim, further upset, tears and aggravation. We also didn't like the fact that you could see right into our apartment through the window in the front door. We had to cover it with a dish cloth for privacy!

Review 11：Location without a car! We flew and didn't initially hire a car but had a walk on our first day of arrival. Shop was fair distance and pub for food further on. It was Sunday so many places closed and trying to get a taxi from pub was impossible. Next morning we hired a car and it was fantastic no stopping us! Jersey is beautiful and we had best time once we could get around the island.

Review 12：Accomodation was beautiful and very well equipped. Clean and tidy and very spacious.Our lizard apartment was perfectly located to pool and reception. Location near airport was fantastic but unless you had a car it was a problem. We didn't do any paid activities on offer but used the outside pool and children's indoor play area which were nice. Staff in reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt the onsite bar and restaurant was primarily for visiting golfers or private parties so only went once for a breakfast.

Review 13：No shop on site. Bar and restaurant could do with updating. Bus is only a 5min walk away but down a no path country road.

Review 17：Loved the hot tub, particularly our 4 yr old grandson!! Fabulous lodge accommodation set in lovely grounds. Conveniently situated right next to the airport, but not too noisy either!!

Review 18：Although the facilities on site are quite good, we were restricted as to when we could use them. The indoor pool was primarily for the use of local school groups. And there was a very limited time we could use it. We have a four year old, and when it was raining we were unable to use the indoor pool, the outdoor pool or the bikes - as no child seat available. The advertised 'largest bouncy castle' wasn't available yet either. So although the site boasted great leisure facilities, not one was available to us at certain times of the day.

Review 19：Really friendly staff. Great location on the west side of the island. Free Wifi. Large bedrooms. Great balcony! Leisure facilities were good - when available.

Review 25：Fire doors are very heavy and slam behind you therefore a lot of noise from neighbour's doors, noticeable especially at night when they rattle the furniture!

Review 26：The apartment was comfortable and surroundings were pleasant. It was near the airport and had plenty of parking space. Near to shops and St Brelade's Bay.

Review 27：Our lodge was right next to and had a connecting door/corridor to another lodge. As a result, we could hear our neighbours briefly when they returned home late at night. Better sound-proofing would have helped.

Review 28：Lovely, well-appointed and very clean self-catering lodge. Very bright and contemporary with a fabulous outdoor spa hot-tub. Great for families with young children. Perfect alternative to a hotel or guest house for those wanting more space and better value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Review 31：We had a ground floor apartment in the Lizard area and unfortunately for us had a family upstairs who had three small children who ran around the apartment constantly from 6 o'clock in the morning and as the floors are either tiled or wood it may a lot of noise so maybe some thought could be put into where people without children are located. I really am not a complainer usually but the noise was constant!!

Review 37：The oven wasn't cleaned properly and each time we used the oven it set off the fire alarm. We reported it and ended up cleaning it ourselves cause we needed to use it. This isn't good especially as it is a self catering accommodation.

Review 38：I enjoyed the facilities in the resort namely the pool and BBQ area and in the self catering chalet namely the hot tub, the outdoor furniture and patio area. The staff were friendly.

Review 39：There were several minor things,, like Lack of hanging rail in 2nd bedroom ,, lack of Mirror in 3rd bedroom,, there is a cupboard in the 3rd bed that was locked which would have made a hanging area for clothes leaving the end area for dressing table for mirror,, had the room had adult Bunks so obviously is for Young adults, Lack of seating for 6 people in the lounge area the apartment sleeps 6 but there was only comfy seating for 4,, the doors are so heavy as they are fire doors quite difficult for some one quite weak,, would have been nice to have had a door stop for all doors,, if children were in the rooms they would not be able to open the door,

Review 40：This is a good holiday park in a good position,, & it has grown over the past few years,, the accommodation was clean and nice, Just a few niggles,, the restaurant was good we ate there several nights & food was lovely each time,, & price for food was very reasonable, & it was nice that you could order a half size meal too,,,

Review 41：Smart accommodation, had everything we needed and more as they provided dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Beds were comfy and wifi a big plus. We ate twice at the restaurant and the staff were lovely and food was very nice. We only used it as a base so didn't look around a great deal but happy with our stay

Review 44：Accommodation catered for 6 people but had no oven. It did have family sized pyrex dishes to go in one - if it had one. There was a microwave but the dishes wouldn't fit!!! Also, there was only seating for 4 - both inside (sofas and dining table) and out (patio furniture). Odd. Apartment was spacious but just missed some minor details.

Review 49：We hired a lodge which suited our needs perfectly. Hot tub was great. Lodge itself was spotlessly clean, bang up to date, and very well finished. Felt more private than recently built appartments.

We didn't hire a car but there was a bus stop close by with regular buses to st helier and st brelades etc. Happened to accidentally coincide with the air show so being located so close to the airport was a massive plus! Also handy having a bar\restaurant on site which had a good range of food that you could takeaway (handy in the evenings with overtired children!).

Review 66：As a family with a 12week old baby and a 5 year old we wanted a relaxing holiday that also the children would enjoy. This resort was fab a can't praise it enough. Cabin was very very clean. Lovely size with everything and more that you would need. Staff where helpful and very nice. We will be back and we can't wait !!!

Review 67：Could do with a site shop. We had a couple of people who could not walk to far so we thought a shuttle bus around camp and to the main road would of been good.

Review 80：Just returned from an amazing holiday staying at Les Ormes. The Villa was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the outside deck was fab with a view of the golf course and pool. The hot-tub and sauna were also a very welcome addition. We did the Coasteering with David and Matt - a little costly at £175 for the 5 of us but worth every penny too. I can't recommend this place enough - definitely the best self catering accommodation we've ever stayed in. We will back next year with the Grandparents too - thank you so much to all at Les Ormes

Review 81：The kitchen, had only a hob, no oven of grill, we were only 3 people but in a 3 bed apartment, 6 adults would have struggled with kitchen and lounge space.

Review 83：Bugs/Pests. Heat, No A/C, No Fans, No Breeze! So Hot, It was the most uncomfortable we have ever been. Rude Staff, No Respect. Dusty Site, everything gets covered in Dust. Horrible! Boring place, a few families but they all looked as unhappy as us. So many great places to stay in Jersey for considerably less. Try Pomme Do'r or the Merton if with Kiddies. We will never be back, ever. Also, they are extremely insistent on taking payment before you arrive and we found out why. Any chance of getting a refund, NONE!!!. Also, the Director is rude and arrogant!

Review 84：Nothing. There is nothing to like!. We stay in Jersey 4/5 times a year and we have never had a bad experience until now. 1 Night and off to the Pomme Do'r for us!

Review 85：There are no facilities to purchase groceries, the closest shop is an approx. 15 minute walk. This is the only negative we could think of and it is really not worth mentioning.

Review 86：The staff, agreed via e-mail, to take in my luggage early on the day of arrival (11.00am). They then informed me that the lodge was ready and that I was able to move in (11.30). This enabled us to tour the island with no restrictions. On arrival at the lodge there is also a very extensive welcome hamper, milk, butter, bread, wine, biscuits etc. etc... The lodges are amazing in the set out and cleanliness, everything is user friendly, even for a mature couple! If you have any difficulty then there are helpful hints online or a direct telephone link to the reception. The hot tub is an extravegance that made us feel like some of the millionaires on the island. Buy plenty of bread for the friendly ducks that visit the lodges most mornings!
