Review 1：The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts, overseen by the chef Vasalis, were superb. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We have been three times and will return again.

Review 4：The decor was quite dated there is a life size mannequin in costume in the foyer who looks as if she has been there for many years. but the atmosphere was authentically Greek.

Review 6：Bathroom in need of a makeover, especially the floor which had cracked tiles. Requested a twin bedded room , but got a small double bed. Mattress very hard but seems to be the norm in Greece. Had a very strange looking shop dummy in the lobby with traditional dress on it. Very old fashioned hotel like going back 30 years
Review 7：Great views from our room and the pool area. Good location only a 5 minute walk downhill to the ferry and old town. You need to take a cab up to it with luggage from the ferry only 5 euros as difficult to find in the windy narrow lanes at first. Very clean , lots of choice at breakfast, nice pool

Review 16：We liked everything about Dionyssos-this is a wonderful hotel in the center of Skopelos, with a lovely swimming pool and sunbathing place, it is easy to walk down to the harbour. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is beautiful!!! We recommend this to everyone, we really like everything here!!
Review 17：The friendly relaxed atmosphere in a family run establishment. All the staff are very helpful. The reception staff are always ready to help in anyway they can with information and advice. You get a warm welcome from Rudi when you arrive at the port as he picks up your luggage and transports it to the hotel (and drops them at the port on your depature) and Pantelis and Elena always have cool drinks at the bar for the hot and weary.
Review 18：First of all, when you arrive at Dionyssos hotel, there is nobody tohelp you with the luggage. At the reception, the staff doesn't keepdiscussing together or calling friends or relatives. Of course, it ismore interesting than paying attention to guests or providing them withinformation, but as I know, it should be their work. The beds areincredibly uncomfortable: the beds base is a wooden board with a poormattress you can count the springs in it. The bathroom is extremelysmall (also in what is call an "executive" room) with a filthy showerunit. The breakfast also is very poor: low quality industrial products(sausages, ham, cheese...) with a very limited choice and colored waterwhich is supposed to be coffee. In conclusion, Dionyssos hotel inSkopelos is a pure shame. It is really not worth a "three stars". It isat the maximum a poor "two stars".

Review 21：The old traditional building turned into a gorgeous hotel works verywell. The staff were absolutely professional, friendly and always didthe extra mile/effort. Facilities and People made us feel verycomfortable and welcome.

A very relaxful environment with easy access to town and bus trips around the island. Our room's A/C worked well in the extreme heat, thank goodness!
Review 24：There was a lack of a privacy on the balcony which was virtually sharedwith the room next door, we had smokers in the next room who smokedcontinuously on their balcony and the prevailing breeze blew the smokein our room and therefore we had to keep our doors closed and the a/con. We noted that ash trays are provided in the rooms but fortunatelythe previous occupants had been no smokers.Greece appears not to have followed Europe's regulation about smoking in public places. ?

Review 26：Sadly we went back to the Hotel after staying three times previously, at these times we always booked executive rooms overlooking the pool on this vist far to many children with families all of whom shouted at one and other hoged the swimming pool, and sat on the steps leading to pool so you had to dodge these characters to get into the pool for a swim and also avoid far to many lilos and rubber toys floating around. DW
