Sea & Sun Apartments, are situated in the village of Kalo Chorio at Istron Bay, only 4 miles from the bustling town of Agios Nikolaos. Half of the complex's public areas are placed in a natural cove, offering a unique atmosphere. All rooms have a spacious balcony or patio with view of the sea, the mountains and the pool area. Another great place to relax is the rooftop garden, which is especially nice when the sun is setting and night is approaching.

Review 2：Such a lovely place! The flats are very comfortable with everything youneed from air-conditioning to towels changed very other day. The ownersare exceptional! They will make your stay as comfortable as possible andmake sure you are happy! They will always go the extra mile to pleaseyou and make you feel welcome .When the cab did not turn up Ella took usin her car to the wedding venue!! They are fantastic people and if youstay there you will agree,the quality for the money is simplyoutstanding We will definitely go back!
Review 3：The nearest proper supermarket is quite far, so you need to have a car. Mosquitoes! Hosts' English level is enough, but quite basic. WiFi only at the reception.

Review 10：With our daughter sleeping in the living room she was fine, but our bedroom was hot to sleep as AC was located in the middle area. Could use AC in the bedroom if sleeping with windows closed. Though there was good cross ventilation if window open. Did better second night
Review 11：We stayed here two nights to be close to our daughter who was working 10 mins away. Located on the main road of Istro, no noise issues, walkable to minimart, plus other shops and restaurants. Good beach very close. Staff/owners great. Nice pool. They have wifi in lobby/restaurant area though did reach the front door of our unit. Parking. Enjoyed good coffee and cake. Other food availlable which looked good but we cooked breakfast oursleves and came back after dinner. Good private terrace to eat, views across main road but ocean visible. We also drove to Plati in the mountains and visited the caves, definitely worth the trip there. We would stay again.

Review 13：Rooms were large and clean. Could have accommodated more than the 2 in our party at least 4people anyway-bringing the price down. Staff were very friendly and it was close to the beach.
Review 14：Too many shops and tavernas have closed in the area. Not enough sun beds when the guests stay at the pool-side. A game of pool is expensive at 2 euros for a token. Not enough cooking utensils.
Review 15：The facilities at Anny Sea & Sun are very good, not many self-catering establishments provide a proper cooker, air conditioning and an electric fan (at no extra charge). Accomodation is very spacious. Three beaches to choose from within reasonable walking distance, each very different. It's not very busy, plenty of space and peace and quiet. I believe that every room has a sea view (there are new buildings going up across the road so views will change). Staff and the local people in general are very friendly. Quite a good food and drink menu at Anny Sea & Sun and reasonably priced. The building is well layed out with a rooftop sun terrace and a cave just off the bar area.

Review 26：Nice decorated room, spacious, fully equipped cuisine and a lovely balcony over the main road. It is the best place to stay for a long period since you can cook any meals and a crossroad for exploring the north and south of Lasithi prefecture. It is 5' walk from the Voulisma beach, one of the most beautiful beach of Crete.
Review 27：The bar was closed on some evenings - it was the end of the season though so we are definitely not complaining. Beds were very hard - and we usually like hard beds!!

Review 35：The appartment is situated on the main street which goes from east to west, that is why it is quite noisy stay. The bed sheets were obviously old. No confort, no charme.

Review 37：Location. The sound from the main road. If you like to sleep with closed windows and switched on air conditioner, this apartment for you. The window of bedroom looks on the back of hotel, but you can't open it because of loud voices of over guests ( even at midnight). The location of hotel isn't true, it's far away from the beach (15-20 minutes by foot with children of 4 year).
Review 38：Design, staff, clean, apartment inside. Recommend for people without children having a car. It's very cheap!
Review 39：Very big, cozy and the most important for me, clean rooms. The ideal spot for quiet vacations in northern Crete. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpfull. Voulisma beach (one of the greatest in Crete) is very close to the apartment (around 500 m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 10 km away. What can I say, just perfect.

Lovely, spacious cleanapartments with a great pool & bar area. 10Mins drive to the funAgios Nikolaos & 2mins from a gorgeous beach & local Taverna. Review 43：The location is really good, the hotel is a nice and quiet place tospend your holiday. You can go to Voulisma Beach, it is close and it isthe most beautiful beach in the area. They don't have a big pool, but itis enough for you to relax. There is a parking lot and you can park yourcar there. There are some supermarkets in the area, but you can buy thestuff you need from Irapetra(20 km far). There are some really nicetaverns there, you can ask the host more info. I didn't see any discosor clubs there, maybe there are in Irapetra. I would strongly recommandit for couples or families, like we were, but I don't think it is theplace for young adults who want to party.
Review 44：The location was perfect for exploring East Crete, also close to thebeach and well designed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendlyand the swimming pool is great.
Review 45：its the best place where you can spend time with comfort, safety and pleasure. The room has equiped kitchen - good for families with children. Separate bedroom and 2 sofas in the hall - enough space for 4 people at least. 10 min walk to the beach, a lot of cafes and supermarkets around. Easy to find - just drive the highway 90 to Istro. The hotel is on the road. Don't worry about noise - bedrooms are on another side garden-view. Good sweeming-pool with warm water. The best (I think) is that we spent there 3 nights, then drived around the Crete looked for anther places, but finally returned to Sea@Sun for another 2 nights )
Review 46：Unfortunately because it had been taken over by new management we had to pay in cash instead of by master card .We understand that as we were their very first guests in April 2012 and the bank were late with their machine this will probably not be a problem for future guests.
Review 47：Cleanliness, friendliness of staff ,and its proximity to 3 different beaches and agios nikolaos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a well equipped well maintained apartment.There were extremely good tavernas nearby so when we didnt want to cook for ourselves we could eat out. We wish Christoph his family and george every sucess with their new venture.
