Review 1：Limited choice of food as they had function in Dining room and no warning of this at time of booking.

Review 3：The room was the best I have stayed in! Great varied lighting, very comfortable bed and superb quality linen, all scrupulously clean. I also loved the chaise longue, it was a great place to sit and read while also enjoying the view through the sliding balcony window.

Review 4：Bed was not to my liking, too firm and two singles bolted together as a double. Cooked breakfast options basic.

Review 7：What's not to like? The location of this lovely hotel has to be one of the best on the island. Expansive and carefully tended grounds to explore and enjoy, views over St Ouens bay are beautiful. Sunsets are stunning. Hotel is quality of the highest order. All staff are most welcoming, always ready to help, serve or advise. The restaurant is a delight, we loved the fresh light decor and comfort. The chef well deserves his Michelin star! Breakfasts are occasions to relish too every morning - great choice of fresh juice, fruit salads, dried fruit, cereals, yogurts etc always available, coffee was the best we've tasted, pastries, delicious toast (not the usual sliced packaged variety). Full Jersey cooked was a delight, eggs always done to perfection. Complimentary newspaper every day was an added touch. This is unobtrusive luxury. Can't wait to return.

Review 14：This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful location, staff could not do enough for you, lobby spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful flower arrangements. Our room was large with an ocean view, fridge with fresh milk and bottled water, large comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice.

In particular Gaia, Jean Michel, Darren, Maria and Martinho (only singled out as we had more contact with them). I could not find anything to be negative about at all.
