Review 1：When i booked in the hotel there page mentioned air conditioning, when we checked in there was no air conditioning. when contacted hotel management they basically told us it is not there problem and nothing can be done. Booking.com is till working on the solution to compensate us.
Review 2：Hotel looks very nice. its location in maria alm is good but a littel more far than expected from Zillamsee. The room is absolutely marvellous.
