Review 1：Fantastic!!!! All the staff at this hotel were really friendly, polite and professional especially the receptionists.The room was a generous size with an enormous bed and immaculately clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Review 2：Although the food was O.K. the management of what was ordered and ultimately served was lacking. e.g. incorrect starter; items missing from the plate of full breakfast yet they were on another full breakfast plate. Systems that should ensure no errors were either not in place or not carried out.

Review 3：Cleanliness, friendliness of staff. It is clear that in the planning of a room the simpler needs of the customer had been thought about and not ignored. e.g. Bright enough lights in the places they are required, also mirrors and powerpoint usefully placed.

Review 4：Ordered poached eggs on toast for breakfast which came on a plate with just two eggs and we had to do our own toast on the machine ? Not a good idea and hope it doesn't catch on elsewhere !

Review 5：Modern, smart and conveniently located on the main road with excellent kerbside appeal. We were staying over after attending a family wedding and the hotel served our purpose ideally.

Review 6：First room bed had not changed from previous guest, had to change rooms. Only 1 towel in room requested another but never arrived! Cleanliness of rooms and public areas was awful, everywhere needed a good clean!Food in restuarant not edible, dining chairs were filthy. At 6 o'clock in morning the fire alarm went off, without any apology or explanation from any staff member. Would never return and would advise anyone else to find another hotel.

Review 12：There was absolutely no mention of a deposit during the booking and confirmation, even when I called the hotel to confirm - still nothing was advised. When I arrived I was told I had to pay a deposit which Had to be paid before entry. I was told 50% of my booking hat to be paid on a card or 100% of the room price in cash! The supposedly double bed was 2 singles pushed together which were 2 clearly different heights - which was horrid and meant the bed was far too big! The mattress was also very uncomfortable!

Review 21：unfortunately the tv kept turning itself off at random intervals on the 1st night, the water in the shower wasn't as hot as I would have liked and the fan in the bathroom was a little noisy and didn't stop as soon as light was turned out and carried on for a few mins, unfortunately there was no cold meats both days at breakfast even though it was stated on the menu as available however these issues did not ruin our stay

Review 22：Having worked at the hotel some 8 years ago I already had a rough idea of what to expect, parking available on site lots of spaces free of charge, check-in was good and receptionist was friendly and chatty, on entering the room we noticed it was very clean and warm, in fact we had to turn the heating off in the night as the room was so warm, Wi-Fi a little hard to get on with but more than likely down to my device. we decided to eat in the restaurant one night and I must say the food was very tasty, I had the steak which was cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully with plenty of chips, my partner had the fish and chips which was beautifully presented nice crisp batter and a very enjoyable but simple dish. breakfast was very good, plentiful self service cooked items which were replenished quite a lot, nice to see that the breakfast stayed hot even under hot lamps, waiting staff couldn't be more attentive asking if you wanted any extras at breakfast and making sure you had tea and coffee almost immediately as we entered. the bathroom was exceptionally clean, shower pressure was great, couldn't fault service we received

Review 30：The bed was very worn and lumpy, I could feel the springs through the surface. There was no power point by the bed sides for my sleep breathing machine or phone charge/alarm . A power extension was sorted for me after the first night. Sorted. The free wifi was brill and powerful enough to to use computer at speed.

Review 31：As we arrived after midnight, the night porter dealt with us at check in, She was so friendly and helpful, Through my own fault our bedroom was quite a way from reception and I struggled with walking and stairs. . Place is brill for parking, the food was excellent and all the staff were polite and helpful, from arrival to departure, Would recommend

Review 66：Nice location, very comfortable room, friendly staff, free wifi. There was a wedding on but I didn't hear any noise from it or when guests were leaving so soundproofing was excellent. I travelled by public transport and it was fairly easy to get a bus then walk the last 1 km.

Review 101：Not a 'bad' experience but having to swipe my card on three occasions seemed overkill. When I had 'paid' on arrival for everything why couldn't the key card be dropped in a bowl as with other business hotels rather than swiping again on depature and what was £20 registration all about when it was refunded the following moring. Damage? You have my card details anyway.
