Review 1：The shower was cold all the time and you cannot wash properly in cold water.

Review 2：Location was good it was away from the centre but within easy access as well. the staff were friendly and it was very clean.

Review 3：Very bad wifi signal, can't get mails. Very disappointed as none mentioned that air conditioner, fridge and safe needs to be paid. The air conditioned didn't work well. Apart from this, all was well and we had a great time.

Review 4：Staff was very helpful, always nice and ready to resolve some hotels problems. Breakfast was good and the lady who served was very nice. Also, the staff from the bar by the swimming pool was very friendly, pleasure to talk to them.

Review 6：Swimming area was clean and large. There were free sundbeds all the time. Braekfest was the same everyday but you can make a different choice every morning. Room was ok, with free air condition and safe. Wifi was just near the reception and around the swimming pool but connection was very strong. We have spend there lovlely week and we can recommend this hotel for sure.

Review 7：This hotel is family run and you can tell. The staff are just so very welcoming and friendly they are all lovely. The rooms are all nice and clean and the pool are and bar area are all well looked after and family friendly.

Review 10：LOUD Northerners - there were a particular group of very loud customers. The bar staff team continued to allow them to buy drinks late into night which in returned allowed them to make continuous noise late in to the morning, as late as 5am one morning. This was addressed one morning but it happened again the same/next night - Poor concerns for other customers. I ended up speaking with them myself which i shouldn't of had to do. Beds were a little stiff, and a few more towels should be available, they were given to me when i requested. We ordered a taxi and i asked a different receptionist from the normal one who explained to the driver where we were meant to go, the driver ended up taking us and dropping us off at the wrong place. This wasnt anything to do with the Hotel - but was just a problem - Be careful when booking Taxi's make sure they understand 100% where you want to go. Apart from that the Hotel is ideal and i would thoroughly recommend it. I was happy it in the choice i made against other Hotel's we'd ear marked in the area. If you're looking for a nice cheap hotel - defo stay here!

Review 11：The receptionist was really good and helpful, very accommodating. Our room was very basic, but did the job. We were there for a wedding and it was ideal, just on the edge of town away from beastly Brits areas. So it was relaxing in the day and away from all the hustle and bustle. Great Hotel Great staff Great location Ideal for a little cheap break, or getaway. Not to close to all the pubs (15 min walk) but further enough to enjoy.

Review 12：shower fitting was poor ,had to be hand held as wall connection pointed the wrong way and washed the tiles not you. double bed was two singles pushed together was unuseable as you were given two sets of single bedding not double

Review 29：The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, however equiped with everything one could need (we had the superior room with A/C, fridge and safe included in the fee). The pool area is nice and its nice to be able to buy some snacks/sallads/Burgers during the day.

Review 30：Shower curtain was neither use or ornament, and had to hold the shower head as it wouldn't fit in the holder. Pool Bar needs to serve food at night as this would increase trade.

Review 31：Very clean hotel, and staff could not do enough to help you. Bar snacks were excellent if you just wanted a pool day. Loved the fact that it was peaceful. Plenty of drawers and wardrobes.

Review 33：The staff was very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was great, the room was clean and had a very nice view over the swimming pool. Very well located and Tsilivi is a lovely place with small shops where you can buy your food and anything you need. The 2 receptionnists Sandra and Angela were just awesome and the hotel offered me a bottle of sparkling white wine for my birthday, nice touch ! The bar ladies too were great. Thank you for a wonderful stay ! i'll be back next year.
