Review 1：Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Fresh fruit salad, sauteed potatoes with rosemary, everything was cooked well and fresh. Good location, just on the edge of town.

Review 6：Nice - clean - reasonably quiet - good on site parking - on the edge of the town (only 3 minutes easy walk downhill from the centre). Given a choice of rooms & viewed all that were available so we made our own mind up. Breakfasts were well cooked & formidable (really sets you up for the day).

Review 10：Did not like after replying to the text about eta receiving another one asking our eta. I phoned instead of texting and felt presued in to arriving when the host wanted us to rather than when we wanted to. He said "they liked to go shopping and out of an evening"

Review 41：I travelled down on the Friday before a Bank Holiday, and as I was approaching the time I said I would arrive, the owners (Nikki and Ian) phoned me to make sure I was ok, which I thought was a really nice touch. When I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was well presented and neat and tidy. There is a bar area, with a nice selection of drinks, and always friendly conversation. The breakfasts were superb, and very filling. As a man used to staying in hotels most of the week because of business, it was increibly refreshing to receive a personal touch, almost like the theme tune from Cheers, where everybody knows your name. would I stay here again? DEFINITELY
