Review 6：I travelled for a relaxing break. It was quiet, but this is what I wanted. Nice location, walk to village or taxi to town. Staff genuine in care and advice.

Review 7：Very bad wifi connection, very little flexibility for facilities use (everything closes at 8pm - internal and external pools, spa, buffet restaurant). There's another restaurant that keeps service until 23h but when you have so much to see in the island (includind sunset always after 8pm, it gets difficult to enjoy the hotel! If your idea is to stay in the hotel all day it's probably perfect, I wouldn't reccomend to someone that wants to explore the island of Zakynthos!

Review 9：The broadband is horrid. When you have to catch up on some work or the kids want to play with their iPads etc it's very frustrating. We even resorted to buying wifi cards and they were as bad. But it worked fantastically well when we went to local restaurants, so it's shows it can work.

Review 10：Beautiful hotel. Very well maintained. Small but very stylish. Very helpful nice staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think some of the bar snacks were as tasty as some of the meals we had outside of the hotel.

Review 13：We got a lot of ants in the room at ground level and requested a cleaning or a room change. Didn't get a room change and still got the ants. After a second request for a thorough cleaning, with furniture moved, problem got solved for the rest of our stay. Wi-fi was deadly slow, barely could use it for basic information and needs. Water pressure in the shower quite low most of the time.

There were defects in the room, including a hole in the ceiling and missing tiles in the bathroom, which didn't make the room feel finished and '5 star.' There were a lot of families there during our stay and it felt like we were at a kids resort, with children taking over the pool with blow up pool toys and running amok at breakfast; the staff could've done more to ensure this didn't impact on other guest's experiences.

Review 16：Quiet location, but still central to Tsilivi town, beach and attractions throughout the island. Staff were professional and friendly. Pools were clean and a nice place to relax by. Breakfast buffet was generous, catering to a range of people's taste.

Review 29：It's Greece, so the plumbing was a little questionable... Some days the shower in our room refused to run hot whilst others in our group had no issue. Also the drains smelled occasionally in one room in our group. It wasn't enough to justify moving rooms, even though the hotel did offer. This isn't really a symptom of a badly run or built hotel, it's just a frequent occurrence in Greece - lovely country, rubbish plumbing!

Review 30：The pool is an obvious highlight - I work in the pool industry myself and quite frankly I'm amazed at the specification of the pool. They spent some serious money on it! also the sunbeds which were plentiful and extremely comfortable. many staff are available to take and deliver drink and snack orders from around the pool. In general the hotel facilities and furnishings are excellent, quite above what often passes as '5 star' in Greece. I do think that most first time visitors to the hotel will be genuinely impressed at the general standards they maintain. Of particular note is the Bar Tender Dimitris, who entertained us endlessly and effortlessly with his stories, magic tricks and very good cocktails creations. I have mentioned him by name as the hotel should know that particularly attentive, and perhaps even more importantly, personable staff like him are invaluable.

Review 50：For a reason that nobody gave me a plausible explanation, in order to get in restaurant I had to pass from the main door(although all the tourists had at least a breakfast included program) and I had to wait , waiter to bring me, a cup, my coffee , orange juice etc... When restaurant was full , I had 2 wait up to 5 minutes till waiters to service other people. I really couldn't understood reason that cups , coffee and other will not available like all others at the breakfast. Very annoying situation.

Review 51：Standard deluxe room is comfortable enough. View from the balcony is excellent. Food (breakfast and dinner) is rich and there are 2-3 chef fixing you,delicious food or sweet. Cleaning service is trying hard to keep rooms very clean and achieves it.

Review 52：Bed in room was not very comfortable. Actually two single beds were united for us and upon commenting this they put on it a common thin matress. Breakfast was not for a five star hotel. Actually without big variety. First day we had dinner at the buffet restaurant, costing 25 euro per person. No big variety of food found there, so decided next days to have dinner at tavernas outside of hotel, where with same or less money good food can be found.

Review 53：It was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Swimming Pool was very big and clean with a bar nearby. Spyros at the Pool Bar was really a professional. They gave us a room at second floor with view at pool, exactly as we had asked through Booking request form. The hotel is located in a very convenient and quit place, about 10-15 minutes by car away from Zakynthos Town and only few minutes away from Tsilivi. Food at a la carte restaurant was very good and at a reasonable price.

Review 64：I booked this hotel for my daughter and her new husband for their wedding night. They had got married nearby on the island and as they have two children I wanted somewhere special for them to spend their wedding night. My daughter and husband came back the next day and said the hotel had been brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and was decorated with rose petals and towels made into the shape of swans in a heart, all more than they had expected. They said their stay at Lesante (although for only one night) had made their wedding even more special.

We also had a bottle of champagne on ice in a room and towels made into swans on our bed :) The staff were really friendly and we wish we had stayed for longer.

Review 72：We had our wedding reception in June 2014 at this hotel. It was literally perfect - we were the most well looked after couple imaginable. The hotel is gorgeous - luxurious, comfortable and immaculate. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and polite. We could not have asked for more.

I regret there is nothing organized for hotel guests, a special price for example with one specific vendor.The road from the hotel to the town center is not very safe. Overall more 4* than 5*.
