Review 1：No comfortable seating area or lounge. Only a cold uncomfortable lobby with a couple of low tables . The bar was very small with only a few bar stools around it and nowhere else to sit. The staff in the restaurant are over worked and are not very cheerful.

Review 5：The food was not up to a four star standard and it appears that they are cutting costs which comes out in the quality of the food. There were not enough staff in the restaurant to enable a service expected of a 4 star hotel.

Review 7：Tea and coffee in the room should be inclusive. The hotel is a good 20 minute stagger back from town so bear this in mind.

Review 8：Very close to local skibus and green line stops. Helpful staff - refired a huge wood fired oven late at night to reheat our pizzas. Vast 5 course evening meal if you go half board.

Review 10：Liked the location and the views from the windows. No excessive bustle of the city and at the same time, the proximity to Mayrhofen. The cozy hotel with a swimming pool and comfortable rooms.

Review 13：The beds in the old building were not comfortable. The temperature in the pool and in the sauna area should have been higher. The food was on average. Only bottled water (no tapped water) was available in the restaurant at the price of 5 euro for a 75 cl bottle. The WIFI was not stable at all.

Review 14：Nice skiing areas close to the hotel (bus/taxi needed). The hotel is situated in a more quiet area than hotels close to the lift in city center. The pool had different massage functionalities and several saunas close to it.

Review 17：Service at night is very poor. No night staff or security officer in the hotel to solve any problems or to help in case of emergency. In the new part of the hotel there are no (or not yet) emergency exits. I did not feel safe at night.

Review 29：There is a 1 device limit per room for the Wifi. Although the rooms are the large the bathroom was quite small - generous walk in shower but limited for space around the sink - not a massive problem but there wasn't really enough room to set out your toiletries.

Review 30：The food at the hotel was superb, not only fantastic quality but the wide choice and the generous portions! Free bike hire (small fee for insurance only charged) was a great bonus and well worth taking advantage of as there are great cycle routes. The gardens and outdoor spaces are immaculate and really pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the stunning views in. The rooms are a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The wine and fruit in the room and gifts of chocolate and eggs in an Easter Basket were a lovely touch and most welcome. For the location, facilities, inclusive meals and then an added spend towards the mini bar you cant fault this hotel for value for money.

Review 31：Overall a great place, from arriving late, they kept somebody at reception for us, as had emailed beforehand, the rooms very nice,great views towards the mountains, breakfast was simply fantastic there is nothing more you could possibly want, freshly bake bread!!!

Review 32：The only thing I found slightly annoying was that the spa didn't open until 1pm! On my last day, I was looking forward to a morning in the pool and sauna to recover from skiing - so was disappointed to find that it was closed when I arrived at 11am. As I had to leave at 1pm, I never got to have that swim!

Review 33：This is a lovely hotel, in a picturesque location 10-15 mins walk from the ski lift and centre of Mayrhofen. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in, and the shower was amazing. Our room had a very pleasant view of the mountains, which we could enjoy from a garden balcony. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. Our room was £500 for three nights, and included breakfast and a five course dinner (which was delicious), and a massage at the spa (although unfortunately there was not enough availability for me to have mine... But this was my fault as I left it till the day before to try to book it. Make sure you book yours with them at least a few days in advance to avoid disappointment). A great value stay. I also liked the shuttle the hotel runs - every 5-10 minutes it takes guests to the lifts for free.

Review 34：- When making the booking I made a written request for a room with romantic view. What I got was a view of the sports clinic next door, with exhaust ducts emitting steam and patrons of the sports clinic could look straight into my room!- Front office / reception staff were only somewhat obliging when asked, and I couldn't help but get the impression that they felt like I was annoying them when asked for simple requests like local train information, touristic activities etc. - The massage both I and my girlfriend recieved at the inhouse spa was the worst we have recieved anywhere in the world. Sports 'deep tissue' massage went for 25 minutes duration and was administered by unethusiastic staff - I could have massaged myself better! - Requested that an iron be brought to our room so that we could iron our clothes. They brought the iron but no ironing board available! - The light inside the entrance to the room is on a timer - it periodically turns itself on and off which was sooooo annoying, especially as the main cupboards were also located in this vicinity. - I stayed in a 'luxury' room (cough, cough). Nothing luxury about it at all, same as any other 3 star hotel and definately not worth the extra money. Small things were really annoying - for example, in the shower there is nowhere to sit the soap or shampoo, so you have to place it on the floor and reach down for it every time you want to use it. - So many other annoying things about this hotel but not enough room to write it all. I payed a premium price to stay here (about 6380 euro for 11 nights!). I can only fathom that this hotel was so expensive because they were the last accommodation available in Mayrhofen during late Dec/Jan and decided to use this opportunity to price gouge their poor unsuspecting guests - I got seriously ripped off.

Review 35：- Good food - good self serve breakfasts every morning and nice dinners in the evening.- Saunas were nice - 3 different types of sauna to utilise and a decent swimming pool. - Free shuttle service to take you into town each morning to the ski lifts.

Review 36：Stunning location, Friendly helpful staff, very useful to have a car included in our package and wonderful foolproof directions from the munich park and fly, and we really enjoyed the bicycles. Glorious spa pool. Delicious food, Spacious comfortable rooms with huge bonus of balcony to enjoy the mountain views. They even thought to provide umbrellas in each room for guests use.
