Review 1:The owners are a lovely couple, very kind and welcoming. Gluten and milk free breakfast was available when we asked and was all tasty and fresh. The whole house was spotless and the bathroom was gorgeous!!!
Review 2:There was only a tiny shower gel (no shampoo nor body cream) however I am pretty sure I would have had one if I had asked for it.
Review 3:I had the room close to the main building in the garden. Small but comfortable with absolutely everything I needed. Cable TV. Good heating and peaceful place. Very nice owner lady as well!
Review 4:Nothing I would say I disliked although I would have preferred to havehad my room in the Guest House as opposed to a seperate building E.G.felt a bit isolated.

Review 6:I disliked absolutely nothing.
Review 7:Superb place, great location! The hosts are really friendly and warm, we felt welcomed immediately after we stepped into the house. They even parked their car outside on the street so we can take their spot in the backyard, how nice. I liked that we were able to choose what we would like to have for a breakfast and everything was so delicious! I definitely recommend this place if you are in that region.

Review 20:We had a friendly welcome on a cold winter's day, and the room was a great size. The bathroom was also a good size and, though not en-suite, more than adequate as we were the only guests. Breakfast was also more than enough, though it might have been nice to have had a choice of brown or white toast. All in all, though, we shall certainly look at Hay Lodge next time we stay in Nairn.

Review 66:If the bed makes or breaks your stay, you may want to stay elsewhere. The host and hostess are wonderful and location was perfect for us, but the bed was not up to the same standard. It squeeked and was not the same excellent standard we got used to in the 4 star guest houses. That said, had we asked I'm suer they would have attempted if not succeeded in solving that for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
