Review 1：Stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was spacious and well furnished. Even had our own Christmas tree! Rebecca was extremely helpful and arranged for us to have an early check in. Will stay there again.

Review 5：Spacious with kitchen and living space. We stayed twice here and it was lovely. We stayed in number one 2 bedroom on ground floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for our parents. Highly recommend!

Review 6：Great weekend stay here with our two year old , lovely surroundings , play area for little ones ,we stayed in the two bedroom apartment so had use of the terrace overlooking the garden . We frequently visit Newmarket at this will be top of the list to stay in future . Staff very welcoming

Review 7：We had a garden apartment which was for four people, even though there were only two of us. When you look at the price of a hotel compared to this apartment we will choose here every time in future, the facilities were great, home from home. Very recommended

Our apartment was lovely, new, well equipped with luxurious decor. Access to garden was a plus. Owners were super helpful and flexible. Would definitely recommend this place.

Review 15：I stay in lots of B and Bs and hotels, and Newmarket Boutique Aparthotel is absolutely lovely, from the friendly helpful welcome of Rebecca, to the very well appointed cosy apartment. Hot lovely shower, well appointed kitchen, comfortable room and the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years. I stayed her Jan 2015 and it was snowy but the apartment was cosy and comfortable. If I go to Newmarket I would be very happy to stay here again.

Review 16：Staff not on site, had to ring and wait to check in.Next morning no hot water for shower.Rang and reported to Rebecca but it was not rectified and she did not advise us.Rang again but no answer.90 year old parents were not happy with cold showers on cold days. No shaver point.

Review 18：We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean. It was lovely to enjoy more space, for little more than booking a family room in a hotel. The staff were very welcoming and we look forward to booking again next year.

Review 19：We stayed for 3 nights in total. Although we were hardly at the accommodation we only saw the staff the first afternoon we arrived. Phone numbers were available to contact them on however it would have been nice to see staff around the premises.

Review 20：The apartment was just beautiful and luxurious. All the comforts of home plus much more. We received a lot more than we expected. Bacon, eggs, bread, butter and milk for the following days breakfast was provided which was a lovel y touch. Our own courtyard and bbq was a nice surprise too. A wonderful place to stay.

Review 21：Only minor things: Some of the cups and plates in the kitchen needed a quick wipe around before using, but I think this was due to the towel leaving fluff rather than dirt. The step to the hot tub needs fixing down as I almost fell when getting out of the pool.

Review 22：The apartments are huge and furnished to a very high standard. The pool/hot-tube are brilliant too. An extra touch was the free eggs, bacon, bread and milk laid out for us on arrival. It's the little things!

Review 57：Lacked a little 'finesse' for being 'boutique' apartments e.g. Some items missing from the kitchen that you would expect to see. The pots and pans, and cutlery didn't seem very clean either. The light in the toilet didn't work either, staff promised to fix it, however this wasn't done. There didn't ever seem to be any staff around either that I could ask! On departure when I said goodbye to one member of staff who happened to be outside, it was almost like she didn't want to speak to me and dismissed my goodbye. Very poor lasting impression after having had an enjoyable stay. If staying at the accommodation, it would be worth noting that its a good 10 to 15 minute walk into the town centre of Newmarket.

Fittings need work, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, taps loose and hard to let water out of the bowl, two lights not working.
