Review 1：Everything! It was fantastic! Great location, very clean room, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean toilets and amazing breakfast that we looked forward to every morning. We really loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely go to the same hotel if we visit again.

All the staff are fantastic, the bedrooms while being a little smaller than usual hotel bedrooms are very well fitted out with flat screen tv, very nice bathroom & toileteries. We upgraded to a fantastic harbour/sea view room which adds to the holiday. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and is situated towards the quieter end of the harbour whilst being very near to all local amenities. A good breakfast is supllied which sets you up for the sunny day ahead

It is definitely worth paying for a room with a sea view as the view is simply beautiful and the terrace is big enough to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine! The beds are very comfortable and the airco soundless!

Review 50：Breakfast service was a bit patchy. Eggs were rubbery and not topped up with fresh eggs and it took 45 minutes and several follow-ups to be served one cup of hot water for my tea. But this was a minor complaint of an otherwise excellent hotel which was great value for money.

Review 51：The lady at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the time we arrived at 10:30pm (she immediately arranged a restaurant booking for us and proceeded with a painless and quick check-in) and spoke incredible English which helped us a lot with making plans. Bed was super comfortable and the room, while small was very clean with good AC. Location was faultless near lots of good restaurants.

One staff told us that the coffees are all free, but when we were checking out, we were told that only the coffees we ordered during the breakfast time is free, those we ordered out the breakfast time must be paid. We are very sure that the information is not the same before and after. It's not expensive, but we don't feel quite comfortable.

The breakfast was everything you could want. Great cappucinos as well! Loved it and would definitely stay again if we go back to Chania.

Review 85：Usually, booking.com's GPS locations are more accurate than Google Maps; but not this time - the former was about 100m too far south. Parking is tight: the hotel has a small dedicated car park. They claim it's OK to get to it by driving past the STOP sign that leads to the pedestrian zone along the waterfront. We were lucky enough to find a space that didn't need this.

Review 86：A comfortable hotel with a superb view out over the Venetian harbor from our balcony. Very good breakfast. This was the last night in a 2-week Greece trip, and although this was perfectly comfortable it didn't have as much character as some of the other places we'd stayed in. But the location was hard to beat - the sunset from our room was spectacular.

Review 97：We could see why this hotel is described as wonderful. From the minute we walked into the lobby we were made to feel welcome. Our room was really nice, the directions we got from the receptionist on how to get our car there down all the confusing one way streets were spot on, the location, right on the harbour, is stunning, the recommendation we got for dinner (Chrisostomos, just around the corner, where you eat really well in a restaurant setting, with prompt, efficient services for a really good price) was fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer than our one night. We would definitely return. Oh and did I mention the delicious breakfast with all the choices....

Review 99：This hotel is a perfect location if you want to be right on the waterfront. Each morning watching the boats get ready to depart was very relaxing. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and towels were very thick and plush. Great breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, along with many condiments. Yogurt toppings, cheeses, pastries and breads of every kind. Fresh juice and coffee/tea.

Review 102：The hotel is perfectly placed at the end of the promenade surrounding the Venetian Harbour, with beautiful vistas front he rooms. It is small friendly and superb value for money. There is a pleasant little bar and breakfast room and the staff are very friendly and efficient. There are some great little tavernas right by he total and the full range of the Old Town and Centre is within 5-10 min walk. Ideal - we will definitely stay again!
