Review 1：the people on the desk were excellent, full of useful information about the island. the room was small but comfortable and very clean. good selection for breakfast. very close to beach and forest.

Review 3：The reception Manger who greeted us was fantastic. He simply could have not been any more welcoming or helpful. he made our stay even more pleasureable. We forgot our battery charger for our camera. He called us to let us know a few hours after checking out of the hotel to tell us he had it safe . When we returned he met us in the car park and handed it over. It's these kind of things that make a difference. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Review 5：Everything good re the hotel. However, Ile d'Oleron not a very exciting place in October. This was more than offset by the ease of hiring bikes and doing a beautiful 25 km ride.

Review 6：Very pleasant and helpful owner who makes one feel welcome. We upgraded to a room with a balcony which provided good value for the price. Local restaurants surprisingly good for this time of year when many are closed.
