Review 1：The swimming pool was closed The matress seems to be since the date that the hotel was opened The instalations (bathroom, etc) need to be repair Disgasting pillows in the closet and dust everywhere I had to ask everything to the personal (even where was the breakfast and what time .. which is the first thing they usually explain)...if not, they didnt say a word ... even no greeting.

Review 4：We loved the whole experience! The staff is fabulous! Always ready to accommodate! The hotel, room, pool, dining area, and lush outside grounds, were all clean. The atmosphere was romantic and peaceful. We absolutely recommended this to everybody who wants to stay near the Aegean Sea!

Review 9：bathrooms needs renovationa, out of today's minimum standards. a day earlier we stayed at CENTROTEL Athens that looks like 5* hotel in comparison to Kalloni and both ware in same 3* category. Kalloni is not meeting 3* rating in comparisson to CENTROTEL Athens.

Review 11：Location is very far from the city of Volos and located near dirty beaches. The restaurant and bar was not opened during my stay even though this was advertised on the website. The breakfast was a bit lacking.

Review 14：The hotel was great for our last night in Greece. The pool was really nice although quite cold. Breakfast was great - even at 9.30 more food was being put out when sometimes if you leave it til then there is not much left. Room was good spacious good pillows etc. Accomodated us with a late check out which was great. Everyone very helpful. Couple of tavernas not far. Volos not too far.

Review 52：The breakfast was rather poor. Not able to make your own toast, omllette not attractive at all, in Greece you expect to get olives, too many sweets, not much of a healthy choice. The pool is just a decoration and not used since it is not heated. Check before booking the temperature!!

Review 67：The computer in the lobby was very slow and printing didn't work. Simply vacuuming the computer might help a bit, since it was so dusty that some day it might pop. The location was a bit difficult considering getting to the Volos centre and some overall instructions to using the buses etc. would be a great idea (where are bus stops, how much does the ticket cost, where to get the tickets, how to get to the centre/bus station/train station). Also a map of the surrounding area is always helpful. We liked the hotel but Volos in general wasn't so pleasant. Unfortunately I can't point out exact reasons why, but we didn't really feel comfortable walking around (for example in comparison to Thessaloniki). Also the animals in the neighborhood were depressible.

Review 69：The presentation on site is much over the reality. The rooms are not 24 sqm, but much smaller, the hotel and the rooms are not clean, the room has a bad smell. The hotel is old, the furniture is old. One night is enaugh.
