Review 1：From the point of arrival we were made to feel very welcome. All the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, excellent food and sleeping/bathroom facilities were excellent.

Review 4：Although in a quiet location, this B&B is less than 10 minutes walk from Newmarket High Street. We had a huge room with ensuite bath and shower. The breakfasts were excellent and there was a plentiful supply of teabags and coffee in the room.

Review 8：We were in Newmarket for a cycle Sportive commencing from Rowley Mile, close by so the location was ideal. The owner was friendly & accommodating despite our late arrival & was very helpful with letting us store our bikes safely. The size, condition of the room & facilities were exactly what we needed after a long journey making our short visit very enjoyable. Would stay here again next year!
Review 9：We were welcomed on arrival which was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and a wide choice. Very friendly people and made us feel at home. I prefer staying in a private hotel rather than the big chains. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Review 15：Although we were greeted I couldn't tell you what the gentlemans name was. Breakfast wasn't as good as other B&B's. Our order was taken and we were then joined by another couple who had their order taken. 15 minutes later there breakfast was served, but ours forgotten. Due to our need to leave we didn't mention.

Her husband Conrad is a racehorse trainer and was kind enough to take us out to the morning gallops as well as to his stables and introduce us to the horses he is working with and his staff. Great experience. Room an bathroom had plenty of space which was a great change from hostels.
