Review 1：Dear Friends. I would like to mention Michael. He is the first and the foremost person in huge number of hotels where I stayed who helped as the Friend. The word Friend is started from the capital letter. Michael, thank you so much!

Review 12：Advertised as a 4 star hotel, this property is not more than 2 star or 3 star at best. The room is horriby old and has neither aircon nor a fan. The bathroom alone would bring this hotel two a 1 or 2 star rating. Absolutely horrible! During breakfast you are not allowed to sit where you like. Instead all tables are numbered according to room number and that is where you must sit--even if it is facing a wall and the other 10 plus unoccupied tables have nice views. There where a ton of flies in and around the food. This the staff paid no attention, instead they kept strict attention to where the guest where seating themeselves.

Review 16：View, view and view! Open your windows to a breathtaking view of the snow capped mountains. A slice of heaven! The staff was very friendly and we met the owners too who were curious to know about our culture(We're from India) Highly recommended!

Review 17：They said the parking places were enough at the venue, but if you arrived late in the night, all of them were taken. So the cars formed a mid hallway in the parking lot, I was at times afraid for my car.

Review 20：The location is very good and in a quite area although very near the centre of Mutters.Connection to Innsbruck is easy, relatively cheap and the tram stops about 5 minutes away from hotel. The staff and family members of the hotel are very friendly and excellent to give you all the help and advice to enrich one's holiday. Because we left very early (04.00 hr)in the morning they left us a breakfast to help ourselves to it. It was nice of them to do so.

Review 21：The structure and the fornitures are outdated. The bedroom stinked awfully. The bathroom is small and the basin dirty, the shower has courtains instead of a box as we expect in a 4 stars hotel. There was no courtesy set, no soap, no shower cap, nothing!!! The room looks like being in DDR... Breakfast is poor. We paid 100€ per night so it was definitely unsatisfactory.

Excellent breakfast with great selections and comfortable room. The nearby tram into town is a nice unique treat as well! Would stay again and consider a Winter visit to ski also

Review 33：The tram stop is only a short walk and it doesn't take long to get to Innsbruck, which is better than driving. Hotel is in a good location and room had a fantastic view. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Review 34：You have to make reservations for dinner AND breakfast which we didn't know, and it is not first come first serve. They assign your table and that is where you have to sit. So tables by the window etc.sat empty for hours just because they were held for people indefinitely.

Review 110：This hotel cannot be rated 4 stars in any way. The images in booking.com were not showing the reality of the hotel. Soon you enter the hotel you can smell stinking carpets and curtains. Our room smelt unpleasantly like smoke, even the shower curtain stank so badly that I couldn’t easily take a shower! The room was extremely small and not very comfortable. The furniture was old and needed to be changed. We arrived at 22:00 and had to wake up the lady to give us the room key although they were supposed to be open till 22:00 HRS. Don’t expect much from breakfast!

Review 111：Location was good close to the highway. We were not there to ski but seems that there are a few slopes nearby. Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. There is a parking spot beside the hotel and free of charge. The Wifi was free.

Review 123：Well, I have found that the hotel was awarded the 4 stars back in theyear 1988 and during the entire stay I was under the impression thatnothing have changed much since then. The interior of the rooms isdated, so is the equipment in the rooms like tv or cassette player orheating system which could not be adjusted. The breakfast was of limitedvariety and you can find better places for your dinner around.
