Review 1：Bay Tree has is now under new management and they are in the process of choosing new decor. Issue with the popping central heating pipes, once mentioned, it was past to maintenance.

Review 2：The welcome and flexibility of staff, fantastic hospitality. Bed very comfortable and breakfast was a high quality with lots of choice. Room 8 bed room was a good size, fantastic view. Definitely recommend and would like to go back.

Review 3：Decoration in room very tired and shabby. Furniture where kettle, tea and coffee kept was stained. Mattress base worn and frayed. Ensuite bathroom was basically a cupboard. Shower very old and not effective (could not get temperature above luke warm) and attachment holding shower head falling away from wall. Draughts under doors to room and ensuite bathroom. Apart from the lovely view from the room, for the amount paid, expected a much higher standard.
