Breakfasts are cooked to order using fresh local produce, and packed lunches can be provided. Nairn’s centre has a range of restaurants and Sandown’s owners are happy to arrange reservations.
This former dairy farm is just 20 minutes’ drive from 3 top-class golf courses. There is beautiful scenery perfect for walking and fishing just over 3 miles away. Inverness Airport is a 10-minute drive.

Review 2：The accommodation was of a very high standard. Liz was very welcoming and the glass of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. She took the time to explain some of the local sights and booked us a taxi for our trip to the Boath House. I felt very relaxed from start to finish. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. Will definitely recommend.

Review 11：Liz is very welcoming and covers all travellers needs. We had just come from a funeral so she sat us down in the garden with a drink so we could relax then she booked us a table for dinner at a nearby hotel which was excellent too. Nothing was too much bother.

Wonderful hostess who brought us each a glass of wine early evening! Breakfast had everything and is xooked to order. This guest house has been professionally put together to the highest spec by a couple who know the business and is run by an amazing lady who cannot make you more welcome throughout your stay.

Review 33：The standard of accommodation was excellent. The landlady could not have done enough for us, and the other couple we were with. The breakfast was second to none and the choice was also to an excellent standard. We were there for 2 nights and again the landlady was very helpful by giving us information on restaurants and arranging taxis. She also gave us information on places of interest for us to visit. We would certainly return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Review 35：Everything! The location was excellent with a great walk to the beach with our dogs. This bed and breakfast is just the best! The breakfasts were scrummy with a variety to suit anyone. The rooms were just so 'up market' you would have thought you were in a top hotel! Liz made us (and our dogs) feel very welcome she is a lovely hostess. We were provided with a folder with details of local restaurants which was most helpful. Thank you for a lovely Easter break, we will be back.

Review 39：Genuine welcome to this beautifully designed, spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Lots of helpful advice about eating places and local places of interest. Early breakfast willingly provided for our morning flight from nearby Inverness airport. Would most certainly stay longer if returning to the area.

Review 42：This is one of the best places I have stayed. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful to your every need. I had to spend a few hours in hospital and the owner was coming to sit with my wife, while her husband was going to go and collect our daughter form a Scotland training camp. I call this 'Real' service. If we were to go back to nairn it would be a must to stay here.
