Review 1：Only reservation was we were on top floor and the stairs were steep with no lift difficult carrying luggage up and down

Review 5：Owners very helpful and hospitable. All facilities we could want and nothing too much trouble. Nice lounge area, games room, gardens and views of the valley. Be prepared to travel light as there are three floors and no lift. A little way out of the village but there is a lovely walking path to the town.
Review 6：Good base for Gavarnie, exploring other cirques and the Pic du Midi cable car. Family-run. Very friendly welcome. Helpful with advice for walks. Clean and spacious in 1 bedroom apartment with oven & microwave separate and kettle & toaster. No lift so good exercise! Near the thermal baths but a bit away from Luz village & supermarkets - open till 7.30 & 8pm.

Review 10：The room was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a long stay - we happened to only be stopping in for a night, but it would be a good choice for anyone who would want to stay for longer and rely less on eating out. The owners are very kind and welcoming - it is obvious that it is important to them that you enjoy your stay.
Review 11：We had a great stay at Le Chili Apartments! Its a quite area about a 15 minute walk from Luz St Sauvour, we didn't have a car, however we don't mind walking and we also hired bikes so it wasn't a problem for us. There is also a free shuttle bus that leaves from the Thermal spa a few hundred metres away. There are beautiful gardens to relax and have a drink in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious, kitchen facilities are great. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much hassle. We found this property to be relaxing and a great base for exploring the Pyrenees by bike. Would definitely recommend!
Review 12：No balcony Had changed booking to get a one bedroomed apartment but got given the original studio apartment I had canceled and as the hotel was full and we had arrived very late and tired after a full days travel we decided to not make a fuss. Also could not pay with a credit card.

Review 23：Great hotel, great staff, spectacular location. Laurence and Michel are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to help their guests and make them feel welcome. We were a party of five experienced travelers and we all loved the hotel. We were so sorry to leave after our week's stay and are already planning on going back.
Review 24：Both Elizabeth and the gentleman are great host. Nice folks, pleasant and more helpful when ever there was the need. They upgraded me free of charge as there was an upgraded room available. The room was great and and close to town and the ski Bareges ski field. There were no negatives and I would definitely stay here again. My girlfriend and I stayed for 7 days in January.
Review 25：We liked the super friendly staff at the apart- hotel, and thefacilities which were equipped with a small kitchen. The area isphenomenal and the hiking left us with life time memories. Also thethermal baths in Luz-Saint-Saveur were wonderful.
