Review 1：the staff/owners could be lot more friendly never asked how things are or to help so if you are solo traveller be aware hardly anyone talked english if you have a problem

Review 3：-no wine glasses (it's not pleasant to dink a wine form a cup) - no beach towel - in the kichen there was no dish soap and sponges for washing dishes -no sunshade on the balcony, all day it was in the sun and there was no shadow, so it was impossible to sit during the day

Review 5：Although the room was quiet spacious, it was really disappointing. Our sheets were dirty (with some blood spots), the cover of sofas in the living room were very old and dirty too , also, despite the fact that every day they "clean" our room our towels hadn't been changed for all the three days, we stayed there. We hadn't any access to wifi from our room. The stuff, were very unfriendly without paying attention to our complaints and our needs. I think that you can find a better place than this.

Review 8：Kind staff, very convenient location, clean and realy big and nice apartments, nice wide balcony, good air conditioner. There were everything to cooking and take a meal. Parking is near. There was a nice taverna cross the street to take breakfast. Supermarket was about 15 meters. Best variant for price-quality.

Review 10：We wanted a 1 bedroomed apartment as have a 23 month old and didn't want to be confined to a studio, this was ideal, exactly what we wanted. Daily maid service (except for sundays as expected) and towels and sheets changed every other day if not every day (sometimes maid didn't come in at our request as baby sleeping). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 11：Stuff is brilliant, rooms are spacious, it has all necessary for a comfortable leaving in the appartment. Close to everything in the village and bus routes, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars and rental cars. Quiet and clean. Walking distance from the beach.

Very close to the beach, and a big supermarket is in 2 minutes. It is very close to highway and Rethymno city, providing convenient access to other cities.

Review 21：The apartment was very spacious, with separate living and dining area and balcony. Basic but functional and cleaned every day apart from Sunday. Nothing was too much trouble for Katerina and her family, and they were all very friendly, important when you are travelling alone. My request for an upstairs room met. The bar was a great spot to watch people watch before bed. The pool although small, was cleaned daily, and was a sheltered spot on windy days.

Perfect location: close to the beach, supermarket right in front, easy parking, not far from Rethymnon with its lovely old town, in the middle of the island so we could travel aroud Crete. 2. Spacious apartments, very clean, modestly furnished in Greek style but equiped in everything you need, big terrace. 3. Quiet and safe area: even if the nearby hotel organized the party, they finished before 11 pm. and after that the music was turned down so you could hear it in the bar, but not in your room. 4. Efficient and quiet AC 5. Very kind and helpful staff. 6. Price that really represented value for money

Review 27：Air condition was not efficient enough for such a spacey room. It was located in the kitchen and could not sufficiently cool the bedroom. It was also broken but the management reacted promptly with repairs. Changed room upon request but the air condition issue was not resolved.

Review 36：- wifi signal very weak and not always working - the residence is in a small village 20 km from rethymno and the bus service is not very good - there are some cats going around in the residence. Fortunatelly we were staying at the 2nd floor and they never came upstairs

Review 39：- location in Platanes has many benefits. First of all it is on the sea coast with large sand beaches. Secondly, the infrastructure of the town is sufficient (bars, restaurants, hotels, apartments, good supermarket). Thirdly, it is very close to highway and Rethymno city, providing convenient access to other cities (2 hours to Chania) and larger infrastructure (if necessary). Apartments are in 5 minutes from the beach. - apartments have convenient zoning - separate sleeping room, kitchen, living room and patio. - staff is very friendly

Review 67：It is located in the hotel area (surprised surprise) - hotel on the top of the hotel, there is no much green area, play ground or park around to spend time with little one, specially when weather isn't the best (here I'm talking about baby's. Older children will find what to do for sure). The rest is great!

Review 75：There are minor flaws too but they didn't have too much of an impacton our comfort :- The bathroom curtain was old and moldy. Sometimes at peak hours (10 p.m) there would be no warm water. - The bedroom is very hot in the apartments that have a long sun exposure. There is air conditioning in the living room but it still needs an hour to refresh the bedroom - Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby Altogether we were very pleased to spend our 10 days there because it is quite central as far as the main highlights of Crete are concerned. The town is full of life and there is a nice variety of restaurants and bars for night life. Although there are a lot of bars, after midnight, there is not a lot of noise. So all in all the quality/price ratio is good.

Review 76：I would highly recommend Katerini Apartments. It is well situated. Thebeach is only 5 minutes away on foot, and if you wish you can rent aparasol and two sunbeds for 6 euros, which is pretty cheap. Otherwisethere are also free spots.As far as the service goes : - The staff is very kind and helpful. - There is a cool bar at the entrance with very reasonable prices and a good variety of offers. - The rooms are clean and the kitchen is sufficiently well equipped for preparing simple dishes. The rooms are fairly big and we even had a terrace. - They will bring you to and from airport when they're available for 50 euros, which is awesome considering the taxi would cost a 100.
