Review 1:The owner was just delightful and made us feel SO welcome. Having stayed the previous night in Chy An Albany this was so much more personal. The view at breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 7:B&B was on top of a steep hill for which my friend is now fitter so all is well.

Review 8:Owner was very friendly and breakfast was amazing. We had fresh towels everyday and plenty of tea bags in our room. The view from our room was amazing. We would come back!

Review 9:Curtains were white and not lined so sun shone through them. Hard to get to advert narrow road. We were lucky that wasn't booked out so we were able to park on premises or would have been a long walk with cases etc.

Review 14:The location is perfect. Very close to town, Tate, and everything you'd want to see. The owner of the Palma house is a wonderful woman. She was so kind and accomodating. Her morning breakfast was superb!

Review 15:If you are parking at the guest house approach St Ives from the south - sat nav will take you right through all the pedestrian areas if you dont.

Review 19:The very difficult access by car up a very narrow very VERY steep hill. This was compounded by arriving at night as we could not find the guest house. However, having done it once, would def stay again. Suggest arrive daylight to assess the access.

Review 20:Comfortable, clean, very friendly. Good position and views. We were not there for long but they went out of their way to help us, especially with the car. Excellent position for town,beach, Tate and Hepworth museum.

Review 23:Palma house one of the best guest house we have ever been . It's very nice and clean . The Lady is so friendly. There is lots of choices for breakfast . Lady cook fresh full English breakfast . If we go to St Ives again I will definitely stay in Palma Guest house .

Review 28:Door kept making noise all night due to gap between the door and frame. I would certainly not stay again and also mentioned other sales people in the company to avoid staying at plan guest house.
