Review 1：Old room with no balcony. Trash bins with no bags. Huge heating grid in the room full of dust. We requested a baby bed but they didn't had so the baby had to sleep with us in a small matrimonial bed

Review 6：on arrival the receptionist was not very helpful. We arrived at 2.30 to be told it was too late for lunch. Bedroom seemed damp and musty. We had a drink in the hotel bar before dinner. The head bar man was bordering on ignorant so we decided to find somewhere else to eat. At breakfast the next morning we were the only people dressed, everyone else were in white dressing gowns, obviously going for spa treatments.

Review 13：It's abit older, and is starting to show its renovation need. But still in very good condition! Great bed, slept like a baby, breakfast is good , just slit of older French in bathrobes (it is a spa hotel with its iwn thermal baths, which are used befor breakfast)

Review 14：It was a little disconcerting to go to breakfast and find most other guests were wearing the white towelling robes obviously provided as part of their spa treatment. I was a little uncomfortable with that.

Review 15：The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, basic but clean rooms, nicely set overlooking the lake, round which we were able to walk in the evening. Breakfast was very good. The evening meal was really good, well presented and served and enjoyable to eat. I would certainly recommend eating there in the evening. The waiters provided very pleasant and efficient service.

Review 20：The bathroom had a separate toilet which was very tight and the shower was in bath with no fixed holder. It was about 10k off the motorway but in a beautiful setting and with loads of spa options, at a price.

Review 21：The food was excellent but a bit pricey if you took all five courses. However the staff we more than happy to supply just one course which after a long days drive was all that was wanted. The scollops with mushrooms and pasta was excellent. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was available and a good speed.

Review 49：The photographies in booking are not totally real, as there is not any SPA available inside the hotel. The SPA of the photos is near, but you have to pay for it. It can reach to misunderstandings.

I booked a hotel in Huarte,Pamplona with you for 2 nights 18 & 19 August & unfortunately my bookingfor Hôtel du Lac was also made for 19th, although it should have beenfor 20th. I thought that at least the hotel could have offered me adiscount when I booked in on the 20th.

When I left two daysearly in a three day stay I had to pay the full amount for the threedays. Staff unsympathetic and couldnt care less. I would never stay inthis hotel again

Review 69：This was our 4th visit to Hotel du Lac and, whilst we would always useit when travelling to and from Portugal, we do find it disappointingthat only restaurant meals are available. Our arrival at the hotel isnormally at the end of a 12-13 hour drive and a snack and glass of winein our room are really all we feel like having. I realise that there areother places to eat around the area but as my husband is infirn thisisn't really an option for us.In future we will remember to pick up sandwiches before we arrive at the hotel, however, it would be more preferable if snacks were readily available.
