Bueno Hotel Apartments features 2 freshwater pools, each with a furnished sunbathing terrace. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, it is only 500 feet from the sandy beach of Platanes and 2.5 miles from Rethymnon centre.
The self-catered studios and apartments feature modern wood furniture. Each one is air conditioned and comes with a satellite TV and a private bathroom. Balconies overlook the gardens or pools.

Review 1：The hotel has a probleme with a sevage systeme and it's humid (it stinks in a bathroom). We were firstly accomodated in a very humid appartament with plenty of moulds. The breakfast was a classsic continental breakfast - nothing really special. Some bread was good though. Very old and small bathroom - need to be renovated. Not suitable for small children at all - because of the security issues.

Review 3：Great little hotel, centrally located but in a quiet-ish cul-de-sac near the beach. Effective A/C, nice 1-bedroom apartment with balcony & kitchen facilities. Nice pool with sunbeds, outdoor bar/snacks at decent prices. Also shares a 2nd pool & bar/restaurant with a few other hotels right on the beach - cool! Nice, helpful staff in a great location. Close to Rethimno Old Town and harbour and on the main bus route. We'd go back.

Review 4：Lovely appart hotel, very well situated in a quite area, with easy access to the main highway of nothern Crete. Rooms are clean and well equiped. The personnel is very friendly and proactive and assures a worryless stay.

Review 5：Bring your own washcloths if you prefer. Greek hotels don't provide them.

Review 6：Loved the pools and walking distance to the beach. Wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed evening singers at front courtyard and bar. Able to walk to the downtown stores and restaurants. Room had a back deck with drying rack, very convenient for drying swimsuits. Also had a kitchenette.

Review 7：Location excellent, off the main road on a side street near to beach, and round corner from shops and restaurants. Lovely comfortable seating outside and nice outside bar area.Quiet small pool. Staff lovely, still the same owner from our last visit in 1987!

Review 8：The pool restaurant was slightly over-priced and the quality of the food was not as good as the surrounding restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen would benefit from some updating (specially the curtain in the bath...)

Review 9：The hotel is very close to the beach, in a private area with no traffic (apart from the guests). It has two decent sized pools that are not over-crowded. The staff, specially Eleftheria, are very nice and great with children. They really made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and kitchen has the basic stuff you might need if you do not feel like going out to enjoy the Greek gastronomy. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anybody with children.
