Review 3：A very warm & friendly welcome. Fabulous house which was spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. Quality of breakfast was excellent, better than most 5 star hotels!! Stayed one night with my two sisters, one of whom was visiting from Texas so I really wanted everything to be just right and it was. Very warm and friendly welcome, tea on arrival, bright airy and clean room, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast amazing, will keep you going all day it was huge, nothing was too much trouble, everything done with a genuine smile, will definitely be going back when I can.

It was clean, bright, comfortable and cheerful. Jenny and Peter were very helpful suggesting places to eat out. I enjoyed my cup of tea upon arrival and would definitely visit again.

Parking in the road opposite was easy and free.

Fab cooked breakfast and amazing smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a bagel - yum! Short walk to the beach and the loan of thei lovely beach hut full mod buckets and spades and comfy chairs to use. Took my mum and 3 year old sn, so suited all ages. The garden room was lovely with access to their garden via the large airy bathroom. Was lovely at the end of a beach day to sit and relax before heading out for a bite to eat. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely return! We all had a lovely time, the beds were comfy, my son had a sure fun time and my mum too enjoyed - thanks!

There is a massive choice of delicious food for breakfast. The use of the beach hut at Louisa Bay is a real bonus and much enjoyed. We highly recommend Broadstairs House.

The town was in walking distance with lots of great restaurants and pubs and a great sandy beach. We even borrowed the beach hut for our duration which was great bonus!
