An attractive barn conversion on the edge of historic Lampeter, Penty Cottage provides luxurious accommodation in Wales. The property has a large garden with barbeque and trampoline, and offers free on-site parking for several vehicles.
The 5-bedroom Penty Cottage has a large living room with a wood-burning stove in the feature fireplace, as well as a dining room. There is a TV with Sky channels, DVD player and a double sofa bed, meaning the cottage can accommodate up to 12 people.
Bedrooms have wooden-beamed sloping ceilings. There is a bathroom, and a separate shower room and toilet. The attractive farmhouse kitchen and breakfast room is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and there is an outdoor dining area too.
In mid-Wales, Lampeter is well-placed for visitors to explore the country. Carmarthen is around 45 minutes’ drive south, with Aberystwyth on the north coast a similar distance. The pretty town of Cardigan and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park are a little under 1 hour away.

Review 3：Great welcome. Cottage is beautiful and all maintained to an excellent standard. Only thing to be aware of is that there are only 2 showers (which is in the description). Not a problem for us even with 11 of us staying for a short weekend. The rest makes up for it.

Review 6：David and Daniela were the most hospitable hosts such a lovely warm welcome! The wood burning stove was already lit by the time we arrived which was a lovely touch! We also enjoyed having the full sky package my husband especially enjoyed watching the sky sport channels! The cottage is so homely and spacious and the memory foam mattresses were amazing - we had the best night sleep and wanted to take the beds home with us! The extensive grounds were beautiful which our dogs especially enjoyed! Overall we had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We are already planning our next stay! Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back! x
