Review 1：The hot water ran brown for some time; likely rust in the system. It was a problem throughout the hotel, which was solved after a few hours. Directions to the spa were not clearly marked; we wandered around a bit before finding it.

Review 5：Lack of maintenance on some facilities :- Not working in room :- sink plunger, toilet extractor fan, shower head holder broken, safe. (room 216). Waiter/Chef forgot (! yes forgot) our main course order at dinner. Car parking needs improvement.

Review 7：poor view, overlooking a car park and bins. Refused entry to the spa/swimming pool area as our child was too young at 8 months old. Had to sit in our room instead all afternoon. Wasnt told at booking the age restriction would apply.

Review 9：After the booking I was told by phone that i had to change the reservation at a new price and in the end i was charge other price. So i paid more 40€ than was on the booking!

Review 10：We waited approx 15 mins in the restaurant and had to leave the staff made no effort to take an order from us we had to go to mcdonnells...we were not allocated the room we booked either overall very poor staff compared to the other best westerns we stayed in

Review 11：Upon arrival, the rooms were not ready and we were told by a very rude host she couldn't give us a time so we should just go away and come back in the evening, to her from 3pm means they will not provide access they will just consider cleaning it around 3pm!!!! We ended up sitting in front of reception who gave us rooms at 4:30. Tried to organise trips into town prior to travel, provided wrong number for tourist office, indications into town all very evasive, inhelpfull staff. Two rooms booked, my parents were staying in a room the other side of the hotel on a different floor.

Review 17：Not being able to have a swim at a reasonable cost in the pool was a big disappointment. 14 Euros for 2 hours is very steep. The pillows were very old and lumpy. Although there was oven rings and a microwave in the room you had to pay 50Euros if you wanted to use them.

Review 18：The air-conditioning was good and effective. Decent restaurants were nearby. Pretty god shopping also nearby. Staff were pleasant and obliging to request.

Review 25：Before agreeing to book, I pointed out that I would arrive late (after 22.00) because I was driving down from London on that same day. I specifically asked the question in order to be sure to be sure that there would be room service at that time. I was told yes and I booked. I arrived at 22.15 and was then told that both the bar and the restaurant were closed so no food or drink was available...the single member of staff simply said that this was not his fault!!! This is not a hotel really..more of a big hostel.

Review 26：I was surprised to find that as a guest of the hotel you still had to pay for use of their swimming pool (which is not cheap) for 3 of us 2 adults 1 child it was 35 euros (10% discount for hotel guests 3.50 euros) for 2 hours, there was no towels at the pool and to be frank it wasn't exactly built to swim in more than stand around which you got tired of long before two hours were up!

Review 27：Pool not included, 50Euro for two hours for our family is really expensive Staff did not tell us there was a public pool just 100 meters from the hotel. Kitchen locked, no possibillity to use microvave or anything from the kitchen except for the fridge. Possibillity to pay for the kitchen, but staff did not tell us when we asked for that. The hotel could need some paint on the outside, it lookes really worn out.

Hotel needs to be painted completely. At the first glance, it gives the impression of a modest 2 star hotel, once you are in, the standard increases slightly.

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such a welcoming and helpful bunch. 3) stunning lake to walk or run off diner. 4) food was great. 5) pet friendly. Great to see animals around. 6) comfortable rooms and chilled out atmosphere. Everyone walks around in robes most of the time.

Review 60：No cutlery, plates etc in kitchen. WARNING! Swimming pool NOT included in price. After a very long, hot journey we were desperate for a swim. Cost 25 euros for 2 children + 1 adult and when we got in the pool it was boiling. Didn't realise until the next day that there was a lovely out door public pool next door to the hotel which only cost 2 euros each!!! Nobody told us!
